Great service reserving and delivering tables and chairs for an event at my home. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Still a winner but watch out because the price can sneak up on you if you order faster than you…read moreeat. Reservations made well in advance is a must unless you're going at less popular times. Unfortunately parking is always a challenge because of reserved parking so plan ahead and come early if I have a reservation. Lots of steps leading up into the building but there is a ramp for handicap access. Kids were in town so we were visiting all our favorite places. Blue Atlas tapas style variety is always a hit with us. The only disappointment this time was the Elote dumplings. They were basically just corn gnocchi. Not a terrible flavor, but wouldn't bother ordering again. We started with some pretty fun cocktails, and a highlighted wine which I wish I could remember the name of...i think it started with N...It was a light bodied wine with mild floral notes, and a Prosecco feel without the bubbly that went perfect with all the plates. For cocktails, we got tea ceremony, la Siesta, Nicolada. I loved la Siesta and Tea ceremony for their uniqueness and smooth delivery. My son has a sweet tooth for cocktails, which the Nicolada fit but probably a little too sweet for me. For food we got the ever reliable pork belly Bao buns -a bit on the pricey side when you have to order extra to serve a table of four at $6 each, Next the aforementioned elote dumplings, -tacos de trucha which was good but not my favorite, -hanger steak, -Malaysian fried chicken - delicious and a good deal, -shish Barak; unique, and very tasty, -Vietnamese prawn toast, which was delicious , - -steamed mussels- good and enjoyed by most, and the -tortilla Española; solid but underwhelming compared to everything else. Also ordered the Brie special with toast that I loved but some of us got part of the rind which there was a lot of so wasn't as enjoyable for them but the flavors were there. Would've liked a few more heavy protein options but this did not affect our enjoyment of the meal. The hanger steak exceeded my expectations. I'm not always up for steak, but this was done perfectly and well accompanied with a marinated summer squash, cherry tomatoes, and pickled peppers. For dessert we got the ice cream sandwich and the chocolate banoffee budino. They were all out of the Black Forest meringue, so unfortunately, we could not try that. The ice cream sandwiches were a hearty serving and enjoyed by everyone at the table, but I thought the banoffee budino was the best. Unique and very tasty. Would have ordered one to have by myself if I wasn't so full lol.

The girls loved picking out a dress and getting their nails and makeup done with real makeup. The princesses are fantastic! Great voices, high quality costumes, wigs, and makeup. We had Elsa and Anna and they had such a cute entrance with so you want to build a snowman and let it go. We even had one girl a little nervous about the idea of a fashion show (which were the princesses twirling them, showing them how to curtesy, and doing a pose of a princess of choice), but they were super accommodating with her too (not everyone loves the stage!). As a parent, it was great because the princesses and staff handled serving the food and cleanup. I think most of the girls were a little star struck and acted shy, but all gushed afterwards about it being so much fun. If we had more kids, I think I would have opted for an extra half hour, but 1.5 hours was perfect for the crowd we had! My recommendation would be to make sure to remind your guests to arrive right on time, especially if you're having a bigger party! It's a well oiled machine, but it works best when on time!

The staff was very attentive, and I did not have to touch anything once we stepped the the door. Just provide food, and they will plate it. The costumes were cute, decor cute, and concept is wonderful. The makeup room was amazing- but needed to be bigger- because that is where everyone wanted to be. I over all was very pleased head to toe. The only criticism is it needs a fresh paint job throughout and a bigger landing for where the princess ends/kids meet.

We had our daughter's fourth birthday party here! It was amazing. The owner is so kind,…read moreaccommodating and welcoming. It is really organized and the staff is so friendly and professional. The only thing I dislike more than kids birthday parties is planning them! They made planning this party an absolute breeze. When you book the party they send you an information packet which also contains free invitations you can fill out and distribute. You have the choice to bring your own food to the event and pay less for the party of have them order pizza. The pizza they order is from Maria's Italian restaurant and is DELICIOUS. They provide drinks, either soda or juice boxes, we went with juice boxes and they also provide pitches of water. They provide all plates, cups and utensils and serve all of it for you. The only thing we brought was the cake and some chips and snack type things for the kids who don't like pizza. The cake I had made was huge and really intricate. I was worried it would get messed up. So after picking it up around noon I called them asking if I could bring the cake over early and they happily obliged. They even met me out front of the place to help me bring it inside because it was pouring raining! I cannot say anything bad about this place....well besides the fact they don't serve wine or beer The place has a play area in one large room and a party area in another large room. The play area has inflatables, ride on toys, bounce areas, and some other neat things like a hamster ball and a orbit looking thing. So you play for an hour and then move to the other side for pizza, cake and party stuff. The party side also has arcade games and ride on toys that are motorized so no one gets bored! It was an awesome experience and I plan to have many more parties here for my kids in the future! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Eli's! Wonderful place, great staff! Exceptionally nice owner! I cannot say anything bad about this place!!! My daughter and son had an amazing time and my daughter said when we left it was the best party ever!!!

EDITED: I added more photos to elaborate further on the review. I am a small business owner myself,…read moreso I know how imperative each contract can be. But because of that I think it is so incredibly important to be honest with yourself and your clients about what you can and cannot do. My sister never brought it up with Ashley because she did not want to give any bad feedback, but I would hate for another couple to experience the same on their wedding day. There is no point in hiring a coordinator if you are going to end up doing and planning it all yourself anyway. ______________ Just because you can, doesn't mean you should. My sister got married in Richmond in October of '24. I live in CA and helped her with whatever I could, but obviously, with a wedding, it helps to have someone with experience and knowledge of the industry and be hands-on on the ground. Enter Ashley. Now I did not work with Ashley directly nor do I know what her other skills entail, I can only go off of what I saw firsthand at both the rehearsal dinner and the actual wedding. Mind you, it's been a full 6 months at this point so this isn't even an emotion-filled rant or anything. I'd simply hate for this to happen to another couple. Your wedding is supposed to be the most important day of your life. And a coordinator is there to ensure it is, right? I've gone through Ashley's website page by page a dozen times to see if maybe we expected more than what was promised. My sister wanted her wedding to be very DIY, she had a very specific vision in mind for how she wanted it to look and feel. Part of that meant that they brought in a bunch of stuff from home. The few days before the wedding involved a ton of trips back and forth carting all the stuff to and from. I first met Ashley at the rehearsal dinner the day before the wedding. She seemed to know what she was doing as she was guiding the wedding party and officiant through what the ceremony would entail. The next morning, however, is when it became glaringly obvious that perhaps this was way more than one single person could handle. She was MIA when the groom tried calling and/or texting her so we ended up sending some family members to the venue to ensure someone would be there when vendors began to show up. They arrived about an hour or two before Ashley did. Since they had gotten a head start they had started decorating the church and reception area with all the fresh flowers. When they asked Ashley to takeover, she told them she wasn't a florist and therefore would not be handling any of the flowers. Fast forward to when the wedding party starts showing up and she is again, nowhere to be found. A bridesmaid is having issues with her dress and I told her to find Ashley as I know most coordinators usually carry a disaster kit with them with basic sewing essentials, I figured she'd have a safety pin or skin tape to help, but no one could find her. I'd say the worst of it though was everything after the wedding. While things had been somewhat consolidated to an area or two, stuff was thrown everywhere haphazardly. Maybe Ashley thought the other vendors were going to take care of it, maybe the other vendors thought she would? Either way, no one wants to show up the next morning to clean only to discover that nothing has been properly stored or put away! Most importantly, the goddamn cake! My sister did different pies instead of cake, it doesn't matter, she still wanted to keep them for their one-year anniversary. Where were the slices left? Outside, in a box, with other random leftovers that were left out overnight. I could go on and on about everything Ashley did and didn't do, but the truth is I would hate to have another couple hire her for a wedding only to find out the day of, they are going to be left on their own to figure it out for themselves. Coordinating parties is nothing compared to weddings and it is beyond disrespectful that someone would use their weekend side-hustle to sell a "month-of coordinator" service when what was given was anything but. Doing something as a hobby or because you are good at it is fine. But charging people hundreds or thousands of dollars to show up and not even do what you stated you would is just straight up nonsense.
