I ordered balloons and wine. 2) I added Rose wine and was charged $29.99 for it, they incorrectly delivered white wine (the cost for white is $14.99). My sister does not like white wine, that's why I ordered Rose. 3) I asked for delivery between 8a-11a but they didn't deliver till almost 3pm. While I understand that I placed the order last minute the day before, no one contacted me to say it was going to be late, nor answered my email or phone call. 4) The most important issue - the balloons look nothing like the picture i ordered from. I ordered pink and gold to have it look just like their picture. the gold numbers don't match the balloons and the balloons look like brown potatoes. I have emailed them with no response. Called but no one answers and says VM is full.
