Finally I tried the door and it was open, and I stood around for a bit until a staff member came by. She was on the phone--in fact, she was on the phone the entire time we were there. The place wasn't set up yet and she was vacuuming the place and setting up a party room, all while on the phone. I'm not a fan of this place for my kids. One room was ice cold (it was December). I didn't find the padding at the foot of the slides sufficient, and the thin carpet over the concrete floor has no bounce to it and any kid who falls would get a pretty good bang. The climbing equipment was not easy to move around on, and I didn't have easy access to the kids when they were high up in the climbing apparati when I needed to. There's a climbing wall with no padding on the ground below--one quick slip to the barely covered concrete below. Perhaps most egregiously, there wasn't any coffee--that would have been a nice touch for the adults--and nowhere really for the parents to sit down. It's $8 each kid to play all day, which for us was about an hour. Not the best value to me. I prefer the Amazon playground on Vaughn Road, and the best I've seen so far is Amazing Adventures in Burlington; it would have been worth the drive.

Larger play area open to private parties as well. reasonable price for what is offered. Large space. Easy access from highway. Overall clean facility. Cons: the outside appearance looks very run down and unattractive. Entrance on the back side of building. Some of the decor is very old and falling apart. NEEDS AN UPDATE. number of games were not working (when I booked the venue, was not made aware of it. On day of party when I raised concern, was told as a matter of fact without any efforts to apologize or make up for it) . The host is very indifferent, did not take initiative. When we asked for a few extra chairs, was said no. Verdict: not going to be my first choice, but for its convenience and reasonable price, it will make the bottom of my list.
