I arrived there at 11:05am and checked in. I sat in the waiting room patiently waiting to be seen. At 12:40ish the nurse called my name to be taken in the back to be seen and get vitals taken. She noticed that I was somewhat irritated as to having to wait so long. She said she was sorry but that was just the way the Dr was, meaning Dr. Toby Kirkwood. I told her it was unacceptable and I'm not going to tolerate it. She apologized and said that she would check back in with me in a little while. 5-10 minutes later, she came back and said the Dr would be another 5-10 minutes before he would see me. I told her no ma'am I'm not going to wait another minute and I walked out without seeing anyone today. I told her this is the last time I will be back to this clinic. I had another appointment next month but on my way out, I stopped by the desk and canceled it as well. I did receive my co-pay back that I had paid for today. I refuse to wait over hour half too 2hours to be seen. My time is just as precious as his......POOR SERVICE!!!! Watch your time!!!!

Not my favourite doctor's office in the world, but they are fairly quick to see you once you…read morearrive. The drawback would be that I don't think I have seen the same doctor twice, it's always someone different, which means re-capping the medical history because like most medical professionals, they can't be bothered to read your chart. They prefer if you have an appointment, but there is a time allotted for walk-ins every morning, which is good when you are sick but don't want to miss work.

First, she was NOT friendly. I was taken aback instantly by how she answered the phone. She was very short, curt, and abrupt through our very brief conversation. Then, I realized she is only an answering service, and if I wanted to schedule an appointment, I would have to wait 6 days until someone else returned to the office to call me to get my information (and who knows how long I'd have to wait to be seen after that). If the first person I spoke to is any indicator on how the rest of my experience will go, I will easily move on and find someone else.
