I paid €27.00 and my wallet app immediately showed had been processed and approved, but the shop's card reader spun and spun and they never could get a receipt so I spent the next 15 minutes showing the lady that it did go through, showing her my wallet app "latest transactions" where the charge was posted and "approved", and that my card was charged. But I knew it was useless, so I told her to just charge it again and I would deal with calling the CC company. It was so frustrating that she insisted for fifteen minutes that my app was incorrect, and such a negative customer service experience, that I wouldn't want to come back here. It was probably a fluke that most people won't experience, but I guess I feel like I saw the attitude and (lack of) understanding that they did not possess. Proof of my purchase in pictures.
