I would disagree with the review from Jim B. Bryce contracted to side our old home. In the process he discovered multiple issues with the rehabilitation that was done in 2011. Every issues was discussed and repaired. The work is exceptional and I would have him do any job I needed completed by a contractor. Also, we had issues with our deck falling apart. A year after working on the siding project I had him build a new deck. It looks awesome and all old materials for both jobs were picked up and disposed of. read more

It has been over a year since Bryce Pascoe has left my house without fulfilling his obligations,building the front porch deck,building the stairway up to my back deck. While working here he broke one of my windows after I confronted him on it. He said that he had ordered a new one,which apparently he did not. He also agreed to use his lift to help me trim all the trees back away from the new roof before departing with his lift. He did not fulfill that obligation. After tearing off the old shingles above my kitchen and dining room he left all the u.s.b. board open to mother nature and the rain came down hard ruining the ceiling in both the kitchen and dining room. He did replace that but some of the ceiling tiles began to sag about a month later he said he would be back to fix it when he came back to fix the leak in the rubber roofing he came back twice to fix the leak with no success and neither time did he fix the ceiling tiles. So $35,000 later I am looking through a broken window onto my deck with no stairs to get upto. All I have is the plastic for a ceiling in my screened in porch ,since I can't put the tin ceiling up until the leak from the rubber roofing that he installed is fixed. read more
