In town, stopped for something different based on rating. Once inside, it's a neighborhood joint - familiar awards, faces, smells. It's consistent. I got a walk in medium pepperoni with sausage. In & out in 20 min. Who I assumed to be the owner came over and stopped in to check on my order and went to the back of the house and asking what the delay was in my Pizza, and it suddenly appeared in less than 30 seconds later. Customer service is noted. In my opinion, the pizza was good, but the pepperoni was way too salty for my liking. I actually had to peel many layers off to make it palatable. I decided to hit up Pasquale's this afternoon. My waitress was Lisa who is one of the family members. She took my order and brought out my drink. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza. They make their dough the prior day. It makes for a nice thinner crust on the pizza. The sauce was a nice flavorful sauce. The cheese on the pizza was a blend of Mozzarella, Parmesan and Provolone. On top of that some nice spices. The pepperoni was super flavorful and there was PLENTY on the pizza. It was super flavorful, I was only able to finish about half of it. I also ordered a cherry and apple pastries to take home. Oh my!! The pastries had plenty of fruit filling in them and so tasty. On to service, Lisa is definitely a superstar. Everything was done in a very timely manner. Checking with me a number of times to see if I needed refills or anything else. Even did some talking about the current restaurant businesses. Great personality. I'll definitely be back. You should check them out too. read more

We have a couple faves, but haven't found any to RAVE about lately. I am here to RAVE about Pasquale's in Westerville!!!! Hubs & son are pepperoni only fans. I love Supreme (hubs also). We first discovered Pasquale's Pizza + Pasta a few months ago while visiting an Asian restaurant next door. While waiting on our food we kept noticing a lot of customers coming and going from Pasquale's and thought, they must have something good going on there . We made a mental note to try them out one day... Well that day finally arrived . We decided to give them a try for our Friday night dinner. We placed an order online for a Large pepperoni + sausage pizza. Their online portal was very user friendly, which made it easy to place an order + pay. We were advised that our order would be ready in 15 to 30 mins, and it was. We don't live very close to Pasquale's so it did require us to take the freeway to get there, however no more than a 15 minute ride. When I went inside to pick up the pizza, I noticed this place was jumpin' . It's a very small mom + pop restaurant, however it didn't stop them from having a dining room full of customers who were dining in, and about 15 staff behind the counter completing orders. I approached the counter and was pleasantly greeted by a happy, smiling young lady. I received my order and made a mad dash out the door to see how fast I could get home before this pizza turns completely cold. ‍ First impression was that this pizza smelled great! It was evenly layered with pepperoni + sausage, and just the right amount of cheese. PROS: Not overly salty; pleasant sauce, not too tangy or overbearing; this was truly a large size pizza, more than enough for two people to share. CONS: Some of the pieces were burnt on the edges; the pizza seasoning is a little too strong for our taste buds. Overall Pasquale's Pizza + Pasta has pretty decent pizza. Oh, this kills me to leave this review because everyone at this restaurant was so nice. but the entire dining experience was off. First we were lucky to get a table. Pasquales has a small dining room. Tiny. Seats maybe 7-8 different parties. We got the last open table. The entire time we were there takeout steadily flowed and a line to dine in formed. They have a lot to choose from: salads, pizza, subs, pasta dishes etc. large case of bakery items. We ordered a pepperoni mushroom pizza. It took a reasonable amount of time to get the pizza which was amazing it didnt take longer as we sat down at the same time as two other parties. Our server then had a ton of take out orders right after we sat down--- people were running her hard, lots of orders flying into the kitchen. It was super busy. Looking at our pizza I was sad. They used so much pepperoni on this pizza. It rivaled Donatos edge to edge pepperoni in pep quantity. Sounds like its not a problem, right? Wrong! Remember this was a mushroom/pepperoni pizza. There were hardly any mushrooms. I know this because I peeled off all the pepperoni off my three pieces because I don't really like pepperoni, my husband does. I was lucky if I found two pieces on a slice and what I found were not large slices of mushrooms either. What little mushrooms were on it were drowned out by the greasy pepperoni. You literally "had" to peel off pepperoni to find and taste mushrooms. Oh so disappointing. Then there was the sauce issue: the sauce even tastes like its changed. It lacks depth in flavor meaning I cant taste any spices. I stopped eating the pizza after two and a half squares. When my husband was done I looked at what was left and noticed this was probably one of the greasiest pizzas we had ever had there. It just feels like they have cut corners while also raising prices. The whole visit was just weird and so opposite of the our visit last summer. Husband asked if I wanted Canoli... I really like their Canoli. I actually passed. We ordered a meat pizza and substituted one topping for mushrooms and they did not charge extra. That is a bonus in my book as many place still charge for extra toppings even if you leave one off that is included in the price. The pizza came out quick and was hot! Amazing pizza. I love their crust, it's crispy in the outside, and soft in the middle. The put loads of cheese on it too, unlike most of the corporate chain pizza restaurants. Their sauce is also made from scratch, in house. I highly recommend ordering one large meatball with your pizza or entrée. It comes covered in their homemade sauce, and it falls apart in your mouth. It's not tough and chewy like mane other meatballs I've had at other Italian restaurants. Their salad are great, and they make their own Italian Dressing, if you like that. Very tasty! Finally, they have a glass case full of desserts which are also delicious. Plus everyone there is friendly, and the service is fast and accurate. I eat here 3x a month in my lunch breaks too. This is a gem in Westerville! Located in a strip mall, it's a small space. Most people it appears pick up, but there was a table of elderly Italian men, so it gave me a good feeling that the food was going to be authentic. We came on a Friday night (mistake) but all the customers I saw had happy smiles and cheery dispositions. The owner welcomed us but said they were slammed and that if we ordered now it would be another hour before we could get anything. So we decided to come another time. Someone mentioned that people can pick up their order and then go two doors down to a beer place to enjoy their meal. My husband went to check it out and said it was a very large, air-conditioned, peaceful place. The next week we ordered a Meat Lover Pizza, a Peanut Butter Cookie, and Cannoli. Oh my goodness! Their food is awesome! The pizza crust was perfectly made, and the Meat Lover had plenty of toppings. The peanut butter cookie was actually two stacked cookies, very rich, too sweet for my taste, and fell apart easily. Best to eat it with a fork. This cookie is so large it could be shared by two people. The cannoli dessert was three pieces, and delicious. I highly recommend this place. Called to place an order was told it would be done in an hour. It was Friday night so I had no problem waiting. When I arrived there wasn't much parking and the restaurant felt like it was full to the brim. People everywhere and it felt like there was no space. Waited in line to pick up. Some people in line where placing an order some where picking up. Not very organized it seemed. When I looked up their menu online it had no desserts listed but when I got there I saw they had cannolis. From far away they looked average size so when I asked to add two to my order I was definitely surprised to have to mini cannolis. They were alright. Felt like they had been sitting for a long while. I think Pasquale's is proof that every palate is different. My Aunt and Grandmother rave about Pasquale's. I mean they dream about it. I had never had their pizza before. I wanted to make my Aunt and Grandmother happy, so I surprised them with two pizzas. I tried calling and placing my order for a long time. It continuously just rang busy. I'm convinced that they had the phone off the hook. So I drove to the strip mall pizza shop and placed the order at the counter. The pizza shop could use a little love, or just a face lift. I guess they don't care about looks. Which I was hoping would equate to amazing pizza. As I sat waiting for my pizza I would like to point out that I never saw an employee on the phone and the phone never rang. Further proves that I believe they had the phone off the hook. Shortly after ordering my pizza was completed. I was shocked when the employee behind the counter ran my card for $40 (basically) and that is with $5 off with a coupon they offer ($5 off of $20 purchase) online. They charge $17.95 for a 16" pizza. It is $2 for each additional topping. So as I was driving to my Grandmother's, I thought, this pizza should be amazing at that price. During the drive, I'll be honest, the aromas were mouth watering. I was feeling good about this. I arrived at my Grandmothers with the pies in hand and both my Aunt and Grandmother were so surprised and excited. They dove right in to both pies. They were so happy. They love this pizza. I took one bite and I was so disappointed. The pizza visually presents as a thinner pizza, but in my mouth it was very dough forward, almost chewy. I could not believe how doughy it was in my mouth when looking at the pizza it did not look that way. The sauce was just sauce. I did like how they added parmesan cheese to the top, but it did not fix the pizza. The pizza with onions and black olives was flavorless. How do you find onions that have no flavor? It just goes to show there is a pizza out there for every palate and Pasquale's is not for me, but it is for my Aunt and Grandmother. Try them out, see what you think. Since moving to Reynoldsburg, we have yet to find a pizza place that is remotely close to Pasquale's! Thankfully we are in Westerville for school and tonight we stopped in for dinner. April is so kind and a great server! We got a 14" supreme pizza and it was delicious as ever and hot! It was plenty enough to feed a hungry husband, myself and my 6yo. The toppings are fresh and cooked well, and the crust - so good! Often times, pizza places who market their fresh veggies often struggle with baking the pizza dough properly without over baking the veggies. Not Pasquale's! The crispy pepperonis are so good. Excellent pizza! This was my first visit here... waited until I arrived to order a supreme pizza, garlic knots, and gnocchi. While I was waiting, I added the home made cannoli to my order! Thanks to a small mixup on the pizza (I was handed the wrong order to take home, got home and realized it was a sausage and pepperoni, not the supreme), we got to taste more variety than expected because to owner insisted we keep both when we returned to get our remade order. It's only been one visit, but we were impressed. We dined in their small dining room that can handle about 20 people. You can see their great looking desserts when you dine in. Normally for the first time at a pizza place we just get pepperoni for comparison to other places, but this time the meat lovers looked and sounded attractive at the time. Definitely a Columbus Style pizza, plenty of sauce, plenty of toppings and if you need well done crust, this was well done, but no signs of burning, so that should please most. A Pittsburgher craving some central Ohio pie. Passing thru and all Thanksgiving'd out. I decided to surprise my friends with a change of pace (Pizza Pie) I allowed the handy dandy Internet to decide, and Pasquales was the winner winner chicken dinner. The pizza was thin, crispy, and cooked to perfection. The establishment was packed. Seating was limited but I did showup at the rush hour. I was happy to see I was not the only one craving pizza. Based on the crowd, I knew the internet lead me to a good place. It was crowded I decided to wait next door at the start house for a quality couple of beers while they prepared my masterpieces. We love Pasquales. We were here 2-3 times pre-COVID. It's a warm, welcoming atmosphere and the food is good. We stopped in tonight and ordered garlic cheese bread ($5.95) and a large calzone ($19,95) to share. The garlic cheese bread is warm and comforting with a thick layer of cheese on top. The calzone is packed with pepperoni, sausage, onions, sauce, and cheese. It also normally includes green peppers but we substituted banana peppers. Sauce is provided for dipping. The calzone is so tasty. The wrap is light and seems to have a sprinkling of garlic sauce. Unfortunately the cheese wasn't melted in the center (see pic). But the side pieces were warm, toasty and melted. The sauce is a lot like canned tomato sauce with some parmesan sprinkled on too. We've had pizza from Pasquales in the past and it's great! Highly recommended! Service is excellent. The walls could use a wipe down, but all safety precautions for COVID are top notch Pasquales also has a dessert case at the register with a variety of fantastic goodies. We ordered a Frisco to go. It's a thick layer of peanut butter a layer of chocolate between two peanut butter cookies, drizzled with chocolate. Very tasty. Some day we'll try their cannoli, they look fantastic. Hearing promos for Pasquale's on the radio all the time I was finally able to give is a try. A+ for service. The gentleman behind the counter was really nice. I wanted to try a cannoli, he offered for me to take a taste and if I didn't like it he wasn't going to charge me. I assured him it was fine and to go ahead and charge me for it. It's small in a storefront and the lack of decor does not give a restaurant vibe. We ordered half mushroom half pepperoni. Our server was very nice. After being asked if we wanted dried red pepper and Parmesan she set this container of packets down. To me there was nothing special about the pizza.
