When we bought our new home there was a flagpole, but no rope. We were a little disappointed, because we were excited to have the flagpole.I did not realize how had it was to rope a flagpole as the sleeves were cemented closed. The first 2 companies wanted to cut the pole and place it in a new sleeve leaving me with a stump to deal with. Larry told me a truck that is used for lighting and signs could simply go out and place a rope on the pole. This is all I was asking for in the first place and was half the price of their competitors. The issue was the first truck would have gone on the lawn and I felt uncomfortable with that. I waited and Larry scheduled a truck that could reach the pole from the sidewalk. I thought this service was above and beyond and Larry knew exactly what I wanted and helped.
