In the hundreds of ballet classes I've taken at several different studios, I have never witnessed someone injure themselves due to a slippery floor, as this is something a studio typically finds remedies for.

We attended the open house back in July and was given a tour and was provided an explanation of the activities (both tap and ballet will be practiced) in the class, as well as the events for the year. The studio is extremely clean, well lit and the staff are super nice. My little girl enjoys her classes, which is relatively well priced per month for the lessons. I do find that the products are on the pricier end, since all dancers must wear branded items, but it makes since for a unison front. They also have an annual recital and that comes at a price as well. Things do add up from all the wardrobe, photos, and recital.

She tends to catch herself and correct her posture now and puts her hands on her hips and walks upright from time to time. It's adorable and very heartening to witness from this beautiful amazing little human!!! Again, this is a very old school dance academy; think checks dropped in boxes on the desk to pay the dues/fees. I'm pretty sure they haven't updated their location since the 80s... and I'm totally okay with that!!! Great place for your young son or daughter to learn the basics of proper dance!!! There is a young boy in my daughter dance class; dancing isn't just for girls y'all!!! One note... you don't actually get to watch the lessons. They go in back and learn and you see them 45 minutes later with a smile on all of their faces.

The instructor, Mestrando Cocado, is fantastic too. He is patient for his students to learn new things, but he doesn't allow you to become comfortable. He is always pushing you to push yourself. It gets kind of annoying when you just want to curl up and be lazy, but it's the right thing to do and the right direction to go. The group is always active and doing events outside of class, but if you just want to do class, that's fine too. I give it five stars, which I am not apt to do for many things.
