After the recent changes to Bill Pay, I could not log in, some billers changed from electronic transfer to mail check, and the check for 2 billers took over 8 days to clear. I called the banks suggested phone number for help, and the person blamed the Post Office. The P.O. service is not what it used to be, but 8 days to deliver a letter to 2 different cities is hard to believe. I hope someone at the bank sees this review. read more

Got a great rate on an auto loan, albeit with excellent credit, however the down side is they are very far behind the times with payment options. Aside from driving to their bank, which is more than an hour away, you can only mail them a payment. I know, certainly a first world problem, but honestly, I don't even buy stamps anymore. I downloaded there app when I found that they don't accept electronic payments from other banks, and because of that if you try to make an electronic payment from your bank, basically it will take 10 days to make it there because a 3rd party from another state has to cut the check. So I tried the app, but there is no option to make a payment. Furthermore they don't even accept payment over the phone. Needless to say I am astonished that it is so difficult to get a bank to take my money. And no, I don't do autopay, except on certain items.
