Placing ourselves in the waiter's hands, we found our table quickly full of leitão assado, french fries, and salad, accompanied with the local sparkling white wine, espumante da Barraida. With crispy outer skin and melt-in-your-mouth delicious meat, the meal was one of our favourites of the entire trip.
