The best pho in the north end. I am a pho addict and could eat it every day (no joke). I've tried several shops throughout Lynnwood and Everett (Seattle and Bellingham as well) and find myself coming back here every time. Their broth is always hot and flavorful and no matter how busy this place gets, the service is always quick and friendly. Although I love the decor and the bathrooms smelled fantastic i will likely not return although it is about 2 min from work. The hostess/waitress/busgirl did greet and seat me in a flash but seemed as she could care less if i was there or not. Around Everett, my favorite pho place. I also really like the bbq pork vermicelli bowl and I always get it with an egg roll. The egg roll is always so fresh and hot. The steak vermicelli bowl is also excellent and comes with some primo stir fried veggies like broccoli. Love the marinades and the flavor of the meats. The bahn mi (vietnamese sandwich) are also excellent. Again my favorite is the bbq pork bahn mi. Call ahead and ask for it togo if you're in a rush. Anyone living in the greater Seattle area knows you have a lot of choices for Pho. No, seriously. A LOT of choices. This place is hands down among the best Pho I've eaten. The broth is rich and delicious. I've also tried their fresh rolls, seafood egg rolls and oxtail (which was sublime but a ton of food). The fresh rolls were fairly ordinary; good but nothing special. The seafood egg rolls were delicious but rich. I couldn't eat the second one. The service is fast and friendly. I am a fan of the pho at this restaurant. I usually get the 7A which pretty much has everything in it. The soup is refreshing and you can taste the spices unlike a lot of other places where the soup tastes watered-down. You can also add a couple of tasty ribs for like $2. Came to the north end for a visit and wanted pho, we were limited on places after 9pm on a Friday night and ended up here. Changed my mind on the pho, and had the soup with egg noodles, wonton and bbq pork...aaahhmazing!! Would definitely come back again for it, the small bowl was perfect with the right portion, I actually shared some with my 7 year old who enjoyed the thinly sliced bbq pork on top. Right when you walk into the restaurant you can smell the pho. This place will definitely leave you smelling like Asian food, so i recommend not wearing your favorite clothes when you go. I got a small brisket pho. The broth was AMAZING. Better than I've ever tasted. They also give you a lot of noodle and meat. Although a lot of brisket pieces were just pure fat so I couldn't eat it. I wish they gave more onion and cilantro too. I'd give this place four stars if it wasn't so expensive. $8 for a small pho is kinda pricey. I haven't tried that many things on the menu but the pho and bun noodles and eggrolls are great here. the texture of the pho beef is not flat and chewy like some other places i've been too. maybe it's personal taste but the quality of meat cuts agree with me. Nobody has better bun noodles w/pork skewers in my experience and I've tried probably a dozen different pho places in the puget sound area. I've travelled to many places throughout Canada and USA eating Pho at each destination. The pho at Pasteur's is undoubtely one of the best places. The noodles have a unique consistency - little firmer and chewy. Soup is always hot as expected. Have gone here for years and they have good service, though if your not familiar with ethnic restaurants, it could be frustrating. I've been coming here with my husband for years. It's one of the places I really miss after moving from the area so I try to make it a stop on my visits. Brought a friend here for the first time the other day. As always, the food was amazing. My husband really enjoys the pho, but I really like their egg noodles fried with seafood(sorry, I never remember names). My friend and I shared a big platter of this and two huge "pancakes" stuffed with shrimp and pork. They came with a big pile of various Asian herbs you could pick and choose from. We had fun tasting them all. I'd give them 5 stars, but the service kind of sucked. We waited nearly well over 5 minutes while our food got cold for forks and plates that we'd asked for even when I went back to the bar and asked for them a second time. Also never got refills on water. It was pretty busy and they seemed understaffed. Our waitress also wasn't very knowledgeable about the food. We have never dinned in here, but we do take out occasionally. The pho is great, probably one of our favorites in the area, a large order will feed two of us and its inexpensive. This is my go to place in the north end for Vietnamese food, many menu options and convenient location. The grilled pork spring rolls are delicious, and the fried egg roll wrappers add a nice crunch. The pho broth is good, only complaint is they are a little skimpy on the meat here. My boyfriend likes getting the wonton noodle soup, very filling, but I don't care for the wonton broth. The Vietnamese sandwiches aren't that great, so if that is what you are craving, I suggest elsewhere. read more

Clean restaurant and well decorated. They have the best bun bo hue that I have ever tasted. The broth was very flavorful, aromatic, and my favorite...a couple chucks of tender pieces of beef with the tendons still connected. If I could give zero stars I would. First experience I came with my mom and grandma, my grandma doesn't speak English so my mom orders for her. She ordered a small chicken pho because she doesn't eat beef. They bring the food out and they made my grandma a small beef pho, my mom explained that they had my grandmas order wrong and the server sat there arguing with my mom saying that's what you ordered why are you lying and kept saying they weren't going to remake it. My mom said why would I order my mother in law something she doesn't eat EVER?? We ended up walking out because they wouldn't remake her food. Today I gave it another shot and ordered sausage spring rolls, small bun bo hue no pork blood, and a small meatball and beef pho. My boyfriend gets home with the food and they forgot the spring rolls and once I started eating my bun bo hue there was pork blood in it. My boyfriend calls in saying you guys forgot my spring rolls and there is pork blood in the bun bo hue, all she said was ok 25 minute for the spring rolls. My boyfriend drove all the way back with the bun bo hue to show them the pork blood in it, not once did he ask for a refund but simply asked he wouldn't be charged for the spring rolls (cheaper than the bun bo hue). The lady says she'll refund the bun bo hue because they messed up but he needed to pay for the spring rolls so he wasn't gonna argue (no apology whatsoever, waste of his time!) Next thing you know there's another lady that comes from out back yelling no no you pay no refund blah blah barely speaking English yelling at my boyfriend and he goes why would I pay for your screw up?? Then a guy comes from out back pointing his finger at my boyfriend, mind you is so disrespectful, yelling you pay no free no free. At this point my boyfriend was livid and walked out.
