Pasto is like the cheaper version of Cibo. I always come back to this place to have a taste of their authentic Italian-style pasta. It is simply to die for. My personal favorite is definitely their Alfredo pasta which is made out of bow-tie pasta mixed with fresh cracked pepper and a thick and creamy Parmesan sauce. It is served with a slice of toasted garlic bread and for only 40 pesos, you can either add grilled chicken or grilled shrimps to your Alfredo pasta. What I like about this dish is that it's always cooked to perfection. The texture of the bow-tie pasta is always firm and it's not too saucy. I could name a few Italian restaurants out there that serve pasta with a very watery pasta sauce. I also suggest everyone to try out their Pollo Pepperoncini Pizza, which is topped with grilled chicken, roasted bell peppers, Pepperoncini, and other crunchy veggies. read more
