He was not prepared for the amount of work it takes to stain a log home. Got Stain all over my windows and concrete and never cleaned them. Worked a couple hours a day some days when the Weather was nice enough to work all day. I had to buy him tarps and brushes to do the job and took them with him along with my 5 gallon buckets. Doesn't answer my text after I paid him. It's was a mess. Buyer beware on this one. The house turned out decent but I have a lot of messes to clean up and it took almost 3 weeks to complete. Also lied about paying a lift rental fee and charged for it when another contractor actually paid for it and he did not reimburse him. So I will be out another 500.
