He was very professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and experienced. On this call we had home come out to look at a Mini-Spilt which was installed by my guys. It was not holding a vacuum, which he promptly found the issue, RE-flared the connecting copper hose to the compressor, vacuumed, charged and had it working in minutes. I spoke with just about every other HVAC company out here, all wanted $200-500 just to come out to my farm, and additional fees for the fix. Some wouldn't even care to venture out to Central High as it wasn't convenient to their schedule. But had the price been right, I would have felt comfortable hiring this company and having them work at my home.

We happened to pass a Vermillion truck on the road and called the number. They scheduled with us, came right out, and didn't try to scam us. We told them immediately they were hired. They came out and started the work, but once they dug, they saw some of the lines were encased in concrete. So they had to come back a couple days later to finish. Charles are Brian are consummate professionals, being as careful as possible with our property - let's face it, the yard is gonna get torn up a little - but most of all, making sure to do the job thoroughly, all while being super nice, even in the pouring rain. Deceptive and Unethical Service - Beware!…read more I had a terrible experience with Hall Services. I called them to fix my two garage door openers, but the technician, James, claimed that my sensors were broken and couldn't be fixed. He insisted I needed two brand-new openers at $500 each, plus $285 in labor per unit--a total of over $1,500! He also admitted he didn't know what the clicking noise meant and said the opener wasn't showing any error codes. Despite that, he proceeded to unscrew my sensors and told me the entire system had to be replaced. Something didn't feel right, so I got a second opinion from a competitor--and they fixed everything for $245. This company is dishonest and operates without integrity. They tried to upsell me on unnecessary replacements. I strongly warn others to avoid Hall Services if you value honesty and fair pricing.

They just happened to be the company that installed the original unit in the house also, so that's a plus. Our homes unit is 20 years old and I figured they'd tell us to get a new one, but that isn't the case. It was the exact opposite. The technician informed us that it's running very well. It was refreshing to have that kind of honesty in a company these days. That is why I called them and no one else for the other house we bought. We gutted the house and needed a new a/c. I called and spoke to Virgil, who came right out. I told him that I was impressed with the way the technicians don't just try to sell you on something. He said that is how his company does business. Love it! Again, he was honest and told us that amazingly, the duct work in the other house was great and we didn't need to replace it. He told us once we had the drywall installed, to call for installation. He had given us a nice quote, good for 90 days and he honored that. The techs came out within a few days of my phone call and installed the unit and we now have working air. Fabulous staff and company that I would highly recommend!! I won't use anyone else.
