This lively beach bar, in a chalet-style structure, is lively by day and fun by night. During the summer season at Sampieri it's the heart of beach culture, with live events adding to the full bar. Essentially, this is a place to buy drinks and snacks in the day while hiring a sunbed at a nearby beach establishment, or when lying on the public beach, but this well-organised bar goes beyond the places other bars reach. Pata Pata also coordinates live music events, temporary gym activities, themed nights and more, and has an attractive upstairs terrace for early evening drinks and dancing. Open until late throughout the summer, it's a great place to go if you're based in the area and the service is good. Expect wines served in plastic "fake" wine glasses but pre-chilled with ice to make the experience more acceptable. Drinks are cheap and small snacks are available throughout the day.
