She has a nasty attitude her employees act and if they are afraid of her. I came late 1 time and she told therapist very loudly NO when I asked if I could squeeze in. I missed a lot of time because of therapy and I wanted to get back in . I finally got another appointment after waiting 3 weeks . I asked why was turned down by my insurance company they lied and said I called and canceled my visits. (ALL LIES) I called my insurance company told me that was not true. I tried to be patient and continue but this happened to me 3 time. My insurance told me that the therapist failed to write down the proper paperwork. They never treated me good or worked on my foot but two times. I had been going there whenever they felt like doing the paperwork. With exception of Robin (she was the best) the place was totalally negative. This a overbooked and too busy stressful environment . It got to the point where I the patient called to get my approvals myself with the insurance on a 3 way call. Kim claimed she was helping but argued with the insurance company. Also Arielle told me I plateaued. I went to my Dr. he referred me to Pivot. They got me an immediate approval and I have been treated much better and don't have to go into Lifebridge the most negative place to be seen. Don't go to LIFEBRIDGE the absolute worse. They said I'm the only customer that they have a problem with. Heck I could not walk with a cain for a year. After having surgery again in May 2021 they told me I should be walking by August. It take a whole year the type of ankle injury is a working progress. I feel good now that I don't have to look at the negative faces and unwelcoming smerks . It's a law against this insurance profiling and one of them asked me what was I. Lol I said what does it matter I'm human. Lol this place should be managed by someone of diversity this is not a place to go if you want healing. Lifebridge sucks don't set yourself back by dealing with the idiotic msnger Kim send her pets. Said for the only diverse people were Robin snd the girls in the office. Don't get it twisted I asked for them to work on my foot send they said no we don't massage. Lol well Pivot does. In fact they are across the street in the same parking lot.

Good luck…read moreif you arrive on a weekend when everyone has disappeared.The aid assigned to me wouldn't even "loan" me a walker to to walk 2 feet to the bathroom. Instead she insisted on using a bed pan after which I was forced to lay there exposed, shivering and drenched in my own urine for FOUR hours until fresh laundry was available.The same aid also insisted on rolling me down the hall in a beat up wheelchair without leg supports. She lied and said there were no leg supports available (although I coincidentally found them later in the bathroom that she wouldn't allow me to use) Having my legs dangle from this wheelchair would have been excruciating following my knee surgery. After pleading with her, she jerked me up in a lift to weigh me, manipulating me into a sling until I was screaming in pain. What a sadist! That was day one! On day 2 when I tried to leave, I was told I couldn't go without their permission. I had to get the approval from their doctors/ nurses /physical therapist/supervisor etc. AND as I previously noted, no one is available on the weekend (unless of course you break down and create a scene after which they suddenly appear) After I protested against all the red tape, they reluctantly acknowledged that I could leave as long as I signed their discharge papers which stated that I was leaving against their advice (which was a lie). Then they insisted I would not be eligible for ANY Medicare services. That was ANOTHER LIE according to an actual Medicare representative I spoke with the next day. What a horrible place. They treated me like a prisoner while they tried coercing me through lies and intimidation to use only THEIR services.They're a bunch of con artists whose only goal was to create as many billable Medicare services as possible to enrich their own profit margin. A final warning to all... STAY AWAY! On day 2 when I tried to leave, I was told I couldn't go without their permission. There is no concern from the operations staff once they have your money. My Mother lost heat in her apartment and there has been no concern or response about any repair. If you can please do not place your aged loved one here. It is very sad to see a place that used to be so caring and wonderful with the residents now have such disregard for the people who pay their salaries.

The therapy space is very large and well equipped. Unlike many other providers FutureCare employs their own therapists and they are uniformly excellent. This facility is partly owned by LifeBridge and the attending physicians are employed by the hospital company. A beautiful facility with a committed staff. I highly recommend it.

My brother was a patient at this facility for Rehab for about 30 days. Upon arriving staff was…read morestanding around making jokes and just unconcerned about the patients. Things were going well at first because family was there constantly. On 11/14 the facility called late at night stating he needed to go the hosp. due to blood in his urine (he at this time has a catheter with a bag). I asked them to call me back informing me which hosp. they were taking him to. No call. I waited. I called them back to find out which hosp. and there was so much chaos going on and the nurse could not concentrate on the conversation. She did not know why he was sent and could not find anyone who knew. The hosp. determined his catheter had injured his bladder which was causing the bleeding. My brother stated he had been complaining about pain from the catheter and nothing was done about. He was continuously taken for physical therapy, and his physical therapist actually changed his catheter bag in an unsterilized area. This needs to be addressed by their staff. I have called this facility three times to get answers of what happened to cause the emergency room visit. Noone wants to answer the family's questions. I would not recommend this facility to any family.

The roommate literally had to mess in his diaper after yelling for assistance to use the bathroom. A nurse told him you have a diaper on use that. If a patient wants to go to the bathroom take them!! The quality of care they provide is horrible! The food is not great! The place stinks and is filthy. I kept my bthers area clean. I used wipes to sanitize everything something the facility did not do. Wires exposed in the shower room with 3 inches of water laying on the floor. The providers there do not care!! Don't be fooled by the pictures on the web...this place looks nothing like those pictures. It needs to be updated and have a cleaning service! I don't get it if a hospital can care for hundreds of patients and keep a hospital pretty much clean and smell under control why can't a nursing facility do the same? To charge $12000 a month for this type of care is assured and the state of Maryland should be ashamed!!​​

Noely asked detailed questions regarding my mom and her needs which was greatly appreciated. I was met with such warmth, kindness, and patience from the team. This facility is OUTSTANDING and the lobby mirrors a hotel. My sincerest apologies team. I could've saved you all time by advising that my mom required hemodialysis, but it was such a pleasure meeting the three wonderful ladies. I can tell that they are passionate about their work and care. Noely took the time to reach out to a sister facility that could accommodate my mom's needs and I am forever grateful.
