When some issue arose that he felt would affect quality (such as carpet glue that would not come off of a concrete stoop) he did not just proceed to paint over the glue to speed up his work, he took the time to bring it up and ask how we wanted to proceed, and that's how he was throughout the process. It's like he actually cared. He does wonderful work and is detail oriented. When we added additional services he did not gouge. He was flexible with our scheduling and availability. Did I mention he did fantastic, quality work? My mother adored him. My brother adored him. Easy to work with, and he used his valuable time to talk through options and ask questions about what colors we wanted on various ambiguous features on the house that we could not determine whether to treat as trim or window frame for purposes of choosing color to apply. He had input and ideas for types of paint I needed for a concrete walk and wall when I was floundering and lost. He does such wonderful work that my neighbor across the street hired him.
