(This was the end of the season and it was in a hard to see spot that I only discovered upon potting, so it was very understandable that it passed their inspection). I reached out to via phone call and spoke to a wonderful woman who advised me on how to care for it and to contact her if it didn't pull through. She extended the warranty for me. When it became apparent the little guy wasn't going to make it, I called back and the woman refilled my order.
