Dr. Patel and Dr. Pulliam are both exceptional doctors. I have been seeing Dr. Patel since 1987, and he has consistently provided outstanding care throughout the years. Both doctors truly listens to your medical concerns, take their time with patients, and never make you feel rushed like many other offices do today. Another thing I greatly appreciate is that when you need an appointment, they get you in right away instead of making you wait months like many other doctors' offices. I was referred to Dr Pulliam when I moved into this area 4 or 5 years ago and I felt in the begging that my hesitancy it was just because it was a new Dr but over time I have found that most of the staff, referrals, lab results, x ray crew, ect. is really lacking.I find that I need to suggest my condition and whether I need a referral to see another Dr. My husband broke his hip and after a blotched surgery he was sent to several appointments , that did nothing until such time I asked for my own orthopedic surgeon that had done my knees and she was able to do the surgery right, a year later.I hurt myself in January and was unable to move my legs or shoulders with out a lot of pain. I was diagnosed verbally, as having torn the muscles in my groin & shoulder areas. I was given a shot in my shoulder and told to have therapy in the groin. I was given a referral to a therapist but sine they had no x rays it was a little slim after asking for x rays several times, the x ray man was never there, I got x rays but the were centered on the hips, not groins and it showed no problem. My groin area is a little better but my shoulder area pain has traveled down my are into my wrists that makes them ver painful and hard to use and it leave a feeling like a laser being pressed into the right side of my back just off the shoulder blade 4 inches down. I am looking for a new primary care Dr as I write this and hope that you too read it before making your choice. Also, Dr Pullium has a DO behind his name not MD so he is reluctant to prescribe anything that is not in his way of thinking, natural. read more

I started going to this doctor's office since 12/2022 and have had nothing but issues with the office service starting with the fake address they gave me in Manteca... Horrible office staff... Simone couldn't get my prescription pre-authorization correct after three weeks of trying, and said to me "I am too busy doing other stuff around the office, and you are not the only patient we tend to". I think she purposely made mistakes on my paperwork, as I doubt she doesn't know how follow proper procedure with insurance companies... The office manager Leticia called me to lecture me about her office personnel as if I had control over how to file the proper paperwork from the office to the insurance company. This office has a terrible service,staff is not well prepared for this work or I don't know what they are doing. They gave me a wrong drug test result, I was sent by my employer for a drug test since I'm a truck driver I'm required to have random drug tests. As a result of their mistake I couldn't work for several days, it was frustrating to be accused of something I don't do and the person that called for the results was extremely rude.Ii hope that doesn't happen to someone else because it is really stressful. read more

My first impression as a new patient was not great! First off it's not a very cozy waiting area, it feels a lot like waiting at a Social Security office or the DMV. By listening to conversations at the front desk (nothing seems private, everyone hears your business and you hear theirs) many customers were taken aback by the overestimated copays, myself included. I have never paid a copay for preventative care in all these years and so they say if you overpay you'll be reimbursed, but I'm pretty sure I'll have to do a lot of work on my end before I see that money again. The physician whom we were recommended to see by another doctor in town somehow turned out to be too busy to see us even though I specifically asked for this doctor when scheduling (not sure how they work all these walk-in urgent care patients alongside those with actual appointments). In turn, my child was seen by an assistant whom I'm not even sure is qualified to perform the job they are billing for. Furthermore, the waiting area is full of contagious patients while you as a healthy person have to sit next to and breathe their air. When I expressed my concerns about not seeing the doctor they replied "Next time..." and I was quick to say there will be no next time. Ugh!! My mistake in researching was only looking up the physician and not the practice. There is no way I would recommend this place to anybody. read more

First Appointment, Dr.Drew, I highly recommen. My injury is a clean cut of my left index finger. She asked my pain level, and then properly addressed my wound with care. Follow up, Dr.Patel, DO NOT recommen. He asked how is thing finger, I said a little better (pain wise). He addressed my wound with not knowing where my cut specifically was. He decided right away to cut where my wound was, causing pain. I told him if we can try a different starting point. He said yes and he still manage to make contact with wound causing opening of bleeding and increasing pain Before I got there. I told him I was in pain and he grab me by the shoulders and said " I have been doing this for 50 yrs, Ik what I'm going ". With the pain and the new bleeding state I was in, I told the Doctor that I just need a note I can go back to work. He did not use medical scissors he used kitchen scissors. I have to say that I have been given the most thorough care by JeongSim Izadi. I am an older person with a variety of health issues and sometimes it's easy to feel like no doctor is listening to what and how you feel. Well no more, Mrs. Izadi has heard me!! Not only has she heard me, but she has made sure that I am being sent to the proper specialists so that my quality of life is so much better. I was sent here yesterday for drug testing through work for and injury. If you need drug testing done I do not recommend the lady I had simply because the procedure calls for 90-100 strands and in the picture you can clearly see that was not what was taken. Worst place to take a drug screening! When I first came here back in September, I arrived mid-day and waited almost 2 hours outside. I thought it was because there was a long line of people being served. Well, this morning, I had to take another pre-employment drug screening. I arrived at 8am (right when they "open") and was the first in line. Yet, no one came out to check me in until 8:39am, and I wasn't let in for another 10-15 minutes. What could possibly be the excuse now for the long wait? The staff had a meeting -- could it not have been held before opening, or at leave have the courtesy to tell the people waiting in line that they were running behind? The doctor's are good but their office staff is terrible, rude, and lazy. I keep giving this place the benefit of the doubt but keep getting let down by the office. They seem unmotivated to do anything, repeatedly fail to relay the doctor's information, they never follow up or return calls (even when they say they will) screw up appointments and scheduling and generally have a rude and don't care attitude. They really need to get some training and SOP in place and probably hire new staff. Unfortunately, poor office staff are usually the result of bad structure, training and atmosphere by those in charge. I wish they would fix this because I really like my doctor. Worst place to come to when you're just trying to get a TB test you will wait there for hours waiting for 4hr no joke

Pre-employment physical and drug screen, appointment made at 9 am, scheduled for 1pm...upon arrival waited about 10 minutes before they started me on my paperwork. 25 minutes later ( 35 minutes after appointment was scheduled) I asked the front desk on timeline for my scheduled appointment. They stated that same day appointments are considered walk ins and apologized that the scheduler should have told me that....so after am hour and 13 minutes I had to head to a meeting. Their rule is that after sign in you cannot leave or you will result in a failure...maybe you should give your employees better training or implement process improvements. Worthless company. Missed out on a 6 figure job. read more

We were able to see Dr. Pulliam, and he is way different then the other doctors. Very friendly, very straight forward.

I Went in for a drug screening and physical for a new job, and ended up waiting over an hour after my appointment time to finally start the process (The chairs are hella uncomfortable). He's definitely not my primary doctor So maybe he was just insanely rude because I wasn't a regular patient. He may be a great doctor and I just have no idea. But from my experience I'd really rather not return ever again lol. He didn't even say hello or even look at me when he walked in the room, I said hello and he ignored me and just started his "process". I'm not a sensitive person at all but I've never had to deal with a medical professional who was that rude and arrogant. I hope he is different with his actual patients. read more

2 stars for the doctors I find them to be detailed and thorough. But when your appt is scheduled for 830 and your waitin almost an hour just to be takin back To a room and to wait another 30 minutes or so in the room it's ridiculous. Callin in to make an appt is a wait to, they literally will put you on hold for more then 5 minutes. I don't understand why they have so many assistants working in the office but only 1 person can answer the phone to make an appt? When I'm being checked in I expect to be given the paperwork that needs to be filled out, pay my copay and then sit down. Terrible service and waiting times. I waited over an hour OUTSIDE in the cold morning weather to pee in a cup. Then when I asked the nurse assisting me if I could have a wipe to make sure the urine was sterile she laughed and said no. Very unprofessional. I had to give my pee with no cap or sterile plastic bag. Every urine test I've ever taken, before my experience here, required a sterilizing wipe, a cap, and a plastic storage bag. My employer provided the appt at this medical center, but I would have rather gone to my personal healthcare provider instead had I known this would happen. The only good thing I experienced was the fast results to my employer and the nice woman at front processing patients who was also confused as to why it took so long for me to go in. read more

Here for the second time. First time i waited 2.5 hours for a dot recert. Took them 45 minutes to give me my paperwork only to sit at the dmv and find out that they put the wrong date on my paperwork. Back again and its taken 30 minutes so far just to change the date! Going to recommend to my company, Safeway, that we use someone more competent for our dot recerts. I dont recommend anyone coming here, unless you want to wait all day. read more

This is the best office and care that I've had since I moved to this area. Dr. Hubli is by far the most knowledgeable, competent, caring and efficient doctor out there! She is prompt when it comes to communicating, prescriptions and appointments. Always available and ready to answer any questions. She makes any process smooth and fast, and she cares about her patients. She has a calm attitude and never makes you feel unimportant or like you are bothering her. I know if I leave a voicemail for her, I will hear back in less than 24 hours. The MyChart app is fabulous to use for communication and she utilizes it very well to provide information. We have had mixed reviews for this place ranging from rudeness from front desk to great experience of Dr Patel and then the confusion of the staff with a Visa test to a medical facility sharing they don't have a single face mask available. We still go here for their being better than others in Tracy but feel they can do a lot better learning from bad experiences of patients and correcting them. read more

If you want to be seen by a fake doctors that will diagnose you in less then 1min then this is the place for you. This place needs to be screened by the medical board or doctors. You wait over 45mins to be seen and then the claim your ok to go back to work even though your injured or hurting. Try to avoid this place at all cost. This is not a real medical facility. They work for big cooperations that will pay them to write fake diagnoses in order not to pay you workers compensation. Not sure how a facility like this is open. They need to be regulated a bit more by the federal government. read more

Don't come here unless you have at least an hour and a half to wait for a check up. Every time it takes forever to be seen, even with a scheduled appointment. I can't imagine the wait as a walk in. After waiting an hour and a half and finally being seen the appointment lasts about 3-5 minutes. Find somewhere else if you can read more
