I would definitely recommend coming here for your refresher courses, the classes she offers or even if you're a beginner. We were able to practice resuscitation on specially made dolls for this purpose. The facilitator Adrienne and her assistant Kayleen, both were very helpful in showing us what to do and how. They both answered questions and explained the importance of CPR to us. I can highly recommend this class to anyone who is around small children, elderly people, has an active lifestyle and wants to be prepared. Also Adrienne is a wonderful female role model and a very compassionate life/business coach. She has always something encouraging and uplifting to share with people.
