The lighting keeps it dim enough to have some privacy during prayer but not too dark that you can't see anything. I've been going to this church since the day I was born. I also got married here 4 years ago. My only complaint - and the reason I can't give 5 stars is strictly because of the staff that now works there. Everything from the rude receptionist to the unintelligent priest. It's a shame... we really haven't had a good priest in over 10 years. I have since moved away and will go to other churches once in a while just to avoid listening to Cunningham. However, this place will always be dear to my heart and the parish is so welcoming and friendly. Everyone knows each other and helps each other in a time of need.

These beautiful old religious buildings are such a key part of the heart and soul of Northeastern and Great Lakes cities. They remind me of Europe. It's hard not to love them. This one is off the map and most people don't visit it but it is well worth looking at if you like these sorts of churches. I often drive around looking for places like this, taking pix and going inside to smell the oldness. Speaking of smelling oldness, I like your Grandad's cologne a lot, especially up close.
