Since 2024, I have been coming to Granada and I love to stay in the Albaicin. Each day, I walk down Paseo de los Tristes and Carrera de Darro to go to centro and pass by El Patio. I usually avoid perfumeries because the are synthetic and boring but I was overjoyed by several things about this shop. The first was it was beautiful and could tell that these were real fragrances made with real oils. The second is that there is a the woman that greets me in such a great way. First of all, she notices my back with an iron on patch of a tape cassette that reads, "Kate Bush". We have bonded over the love of this artist and she carefully listens to my fragrance preferences and I leave with multiple fragrances... each time. Every time I return, I go straight to see Claudia Pepper (best name ever) and purchase my fragrances. When I get home, people stop me to ask me where I got my fragrances. They are the most unique I have ever had. Even still, we feel so joyous every time we see Claudia Pepper and we buy more than we should... but it has to last until we return! I love scents, so when I saw this listing, I knew that this was a must-stop for me! Patio de los Perfumes is located pretty centrally, so it's really difficult to miss if you're in town. This place consists of a lovely courtyard garden, a retail store for both spa items (creams, aromatherapy oils, scented reeds, etc.), perfumes, and a mini-interactive perfume museum. I did not catch the patio portion where you can enjoy fresh juices. I just found the atmosphere very relaxing! Too bad none of the scents stuck on my skin 'cause otherwise, I would've picked up a souvenir scent... read more

The rating would be much higher, but this company completely ignores any shipping issues. I enjoyed the perfume I purchased in Granada, so we ordered more. The shipping was fast, but one of the bottles of perfume had leaked so that more than half of it was lost in shipping. Also, the cork cannot be removed from the bottle (my theory is that it leaked in processing and someone recorked the bottle too firmly), so the entire bottle of perfume is useless. We have sent emails to this company letting them know of the issue, but have never received a response. It's unfortunate, because I loved the perfumes so much, I was planning on ordering more for Christmas gifts. Not now. read more

We loved ordering freshly created organic juices and sitting on the patio to enjoy them. We also purchased several bath products that smelled heavenly and reminded us of our visit to the hammam. The staff was courteous and very personable. We visited several times during our stay in Granada. It was an oasis of serenity away from all the tourists. read more
