But the lines and prices were reasonable and the pies were tasty, but not mind blowing. The molen was not turning while we were there but we did walk about back and see it nonetheless. Then on a tour we visited again and learned the history of it which was cool. If you are visiting Maastricht I would definitely stop by for for a treat and to see the mill.

After we got the table the place got extremely crowded. I would definitely suggest to make a reservation in advance to assure a spot specially if you need place for a group. The service was efficient, we got our order reasonably fast. The place itself looks great, nicely decorated in pastel colors with a mix of modern and vintage. The coffee is good and the cheesecake is very tasty. I could also try the scones which didn't impress me that much, they were ok but not the best that I had. The cupcake was tasty but a bit dry so I was not fully in love with it. All in all was a good experience, I might be coming back once more for a pice of cheesecake

Wafels gedrenkt in pure chocolade lachen je toe, vers geperst sap in de vitrine en van die old-school Cote d'Ore reepjes met vage vullingen... Maar blijven focussen op die kaart met broodjes. Want daar is het om te doen; heerlijke betaalbare versgesmeerde broodjes. Drie dames werken zich achter de krappe toonbank voor je in het zweet. Dit doen ze zo goed, dat je geneigd bent te denken dat ze helemaal geen universiteit nodig hebben.
