The place is extremely clean and the work they do on my lashes is excellent. I used to think my person in NYC was the best but now I prefer Nadia! The table is super cushy and she is always asking about my comfort, providing a cozy blanket if I am cold or a fan if I am hot. I can listen to my podcast without bother, and she doesn't even mind if I fall asleep. Her English is fluent so I can easily communicate what I want. Also, when I offered some feedback once she was very appreciative -- which is exactly the kind of response you want to get! They want to make sure everyone has the best experience, and I always do. (Plus she offers snacks and water if you need anything!)
