Buying a home and planning for a life move can be one of the most stressful things to do with a family. I certainly can't recommend Patricia o'neill for an older house as she stopped the sale of my house in its tracks due to her apparent lack of knowledge about electrical systems and advised her client to ask for a $12,500 deduction in price after we had signed the sale agreement. You have to read between the lines on inspections and she simply was apparently not able to do that and seemed to have no interest in trying so advised her client accordingly. I was outraged and submitted a 'termination of sale' , based on this bad decision. Subsequently, because of my actions the sale did go through but I don't give Patricia o'neill any credit for it. It was my actions and that of my realtor that saved the sale. read more

I interviewed a couple of agents (that friends recommended) on the phone and zoom to hire because I wanted to pick the right one. My good friend recommended Patricia saying that she goes above and beyond (which she does!) Patricia posted on FB about doing a "market analysis on the value of your home for free" so I asked her to do that for me and she asked me a couple questions and sent me a number, and offered to come see the house too for a more solid range. Then she was really engaging and asking me lots of questions and very personable. She was VERY responsive via text and email. So for me, I like that a lot...especially in a quickly changing market! You have to be quick and available these days! She also had a photographer come over right away based on our timeline and she did a 360 degree camera that is so neat and gave us our own website. She came over and went above and beyond to make sure our house looked great!We put our house on the MLS as "coming soon" and we got a great offer and over asking before it was even officially for sale on the market!
