After what I'd consider a partial wash, the front of the truck was fairly clean but the rear was still filthy, I parked at one of the many vacuum stations, as directed, & entered the office area to find a seat. The person at the desk asked what I was doing there. I said that I was waiting for truck to be vacuumed; but she replied that "This is a self-service operation, you have to vacuum it yourself. Well, why didn't they tell me that instead of saying it would be vacuumed? I have 2 power washers and a commercial vacuum at my home, several miles away. Had I wanted to wash my truck myself, I would have stayed home. I call deceptive practices. There are several much better places on this same street. Just don't go here.

As I was WALKING BACK TO MY CAR ON FOOT I hung up to phone to file a police report and he called me back yelling at me telling me "he wasn't done talking" and told me he didn't have time for the police because he was going to a church function.
