Clean, fast, no issues. Not 24/7 but nice early hours. Friendly and all the little free extra things a nice touch.

Washes are always closed whenever you try to go they are under construction wash is expensive

Giving them a single one star is more than what they deserve. I had thousands of dollars worth of damage done to my car by their carwash after paying for a monthly subscription for 8 years and never once making a complaint. They told me the damage that had been done to my paint couldn't have been done by their machine. it's a straight line of deep swipe marks down the top of my car doors. one star is being generous. they don't deserve even that. My wife has paid them for a monthly subscription since 2016. She recently went into the tunnel on Tyler street and came out with scratches all over her brand new car. The damages are bad enough that it now needs a paint job and they are denying it. the Tyler street manager said "it was from a snow brush" when it's more then OBVIOUS it was from their machine. I called upper management and they brushed me off just as quickly, saying the Tyler street manager is the only person to make the judgement call. I would highly recommend not using any of their car washes in fear of damage to your vehicle. Since this happened I've discovered about a dozen friends with very similar stories. AVOID THEM!!! Does the job every time. People are helpful and the new vacuums work great. I have a medium membership and use it often.

Like this place in the winter because you can pay a monthly fee for unlimited washes. There is usually a long line for the touch free bays. Expect 10-15/per car ahead of you. The real reason for the two stars is that sometimes they are just NOT concerned with service. TWO EXAMPLES: 1) one day it was below zero and I went thru the automated wash (because it the touch free line was super long). When I came out my side mirror were frozen over and I couldn't see thru them. I drove around to the office and asked for windex to clean them so I could safely see. They snottily said "what do u expect in this weather?" And then proceeded to tell me they didn't have any. Really a car wash? Ridiculous & unsafe! They should put signs up if they know that will happen. I would have waited for another day. 2) Today, I sat for over 40 mins while they plowed their HUGE parking lot! I waited because it was **almost done** when I arrived. Al of the area by the automated bays was already clean. Really? They closed down the whole place to clear a parking lot that I have never seen even 1/4 used??The plow truck saw me waiting and yet he kept plowing over and over only pushing tiny amounts of snow. Seems to me he'd just rather plow than wash cars! As I write this I am STILL WAITING! read more

This is a terrible car wash. I bought a monthly pass and then was told I couldn't use it for 3-4 days. I had to wait 30 minutes for the attendant to put the sticker in my car. That's dumb. When you buy something you want to use it. And to top it off the brushless didn't clean the dirt off of my car! Furthermore, the reader often does not work and I had to use my credit card and then chase after them for a refund (emails and calls go unanswered for days). When I reached Suzanne she said I should just drive to another Patriot car wash as her other members do! Really? Do all your members have this problem? And after I drove to one wash, her solution is I now need to drive to another because her chip reader doesn't work? I wonder if they understand what real customer service is, I only wanted the service that they advertised and I paid for. This applies to the West Housatonic location - Usually the place is worth it but Saturday the lines were ridiculous so instead of the touchless bay, I went through Soft Touch. It was generally sloppy & the brush pulled out the right, rear lower fender of my Toyota Camry. Also, the touchscreen is difficult to reach & not clear with its instructions. Did it accept my payment? Why is it just lit up not offering any options. What am I supposed to do? Meanwhile, I'm working on getting that panel back in place. They also have a monthly program available but you have to go to a particular location, & if you have a pass code , the one from their 'old system' doesn't work. Would not recommend them if you have an SUV. Every time I went there the machine does a terrible job on the rear of our CX-5. Rear window not clean, around license , and a good share of rear hatch not clean. They have someone there with a brush to go over these areas but even with tipping them and asking to pay attention to rear area I still had to wash rear when I get home. I will save my money and do it myself from now on and it is too bad because I like the convenience of it. My experience was at Tyler St location. read more

I've had repeat problems at this car wash and the management doesn't seem to care. The Housatonic location "touch-free" doesn't get my car clean and the soft touch drier leaves more water on my car than was there at the beginning of the drying cycle. The only solution the management has offered is for me to sign up, pay for and drive all the way over (entirely out of my way) to the Elm Street location for the highest level of service.....rather than just fix their machine. Don't go through Elm st. Carwash if you have a dark colored vehicle because you will end up with scratches..They don't stand behind there sign that says they are liable..The manager told me I go through to many times...Go figure it's a car wash..Dahhh ..Buy a car wash pass and don't use it.. read more

We went through the automatic soft touch, spent $11 and our car was still dirty after. We were supposed to get an undercarriage wash, but it didn't work. Not to mention that it sounded like the mechanics of the wash were on there last leg. This is the third time we've been here and have had problems every time. We won't be returning again. read more
