With no fault of the crew, they were unable to get the unit working before they left. First thing this morning Kevin arrived and found that the factory missed labeled a wiring connection. He quickly fixed the issue and I was up and running. Couldn't be more happier with the crew at Bowles Heating and Air Conditioning. Even the answering service was very nice to me! I've called them out for small issues before, but I went with them for replacing my water and sewer lines to my house. I was actually surprised they were the cheapest quote (one local company quoted me $200 more, while another it was $1,000 more!), and if it had been anyone else I would've been worried about the quality of the work.
