These folks have been faithful to pick us up at witch hours of the night 3:30am, 2:45am, 4:40 am from Amtrak & we use this service because they have come they have showed up took us where we needed to go. The male boss on phone was rude and hung up on us and didnt take us where we needed to go and we missed a scheduled reservation that was important and had to pay for an extra night at the motel bc of that. The lady drivers were ok but strung out on something and we were uncomfortable on riding but didn't have a choice bc they were the only cab drivers around. Very horrible experience and wished we could get reimbursement for the money they made us have to shell out bc of the motel they need to make it right by Reimbursing the motel stay which was over $80 that we didn't need to spend. I have a below zero rating of this so called transportation service! I have called 2 different times for a cab and not only was the woman rude to begin with when I called back over an hour later she stated he was picking up timed customers I thanked her and explained I was just checking to make sure it was still coming and she said well I gave him your address and as she was hanging up the phone, I heard her laugh so I wasn't coming and here I am stranded. My daughter called a day ahead of time and supposedly scheduled a ride for the next day which was today and since she was late for her orientation she DID Not get the job. You cost her a employment with harbor freight and she was very excited about the job offer. You are very unprofessional and very awful for not even trying to help her keep her job. rude staff the cab drivers are never on time. they love to overcharge the customers they make up their own pricing to fit what they want to make and if they don't like you, they double charge you read more
