Food here is mediocre at best to me but the beau loves this place. Normally we get delivery and it takes about 40-45 to be delivered, obviously it's lukewarm at that point. This time we decided to go in on Black Friday. It was empty other than 4 ppl already seated and eating so we were able to have our order taken right away. Originally I requested all flat traditional buffalo wings and was told they wouldn't accommodate that, not even for extra $. Whatever, just give me the boneless buffalo wings with a side of ranch dressing. The beau ordered potato skins and chicken flatbread. Unfortunately when we got home we believe they mixed up the order and gave him a chicken pizza. Again it was lukewarm and mediocre. And now I'm not really sure what to make of this place because later that evening the food was regurgitated out of both ends and that was the only thing I ate that day so that's the only thing I can contribute it to. I have been a regular customer at Pats Select (Pasadena MD location) for several years. All of my orders have been delivery only. I loved that their food was restaurant quality upon delivery with a fair price. Most recently, within the past year, their food quality has gone way below the acceptable rating. My order today was another in many long steps down a rocky path. I ordered a greek salad with salmon. The salmon had obviously been pre-cooked and then microwaved, for who it arrive the portion was hard and barely warm (no fault of the driver). The breadstick was the same...hard as a rock. No, I didn't contact the store because having done so on a few occasions; the manager is rude, mean, and doesn't want to be customer-friendly. I am not going through that again. They have lost my business and my many recommendations to friends. I do not write reviews very often...service needs to be extremely poor for me to do this. Beware of this location. I will not go into other bad deliveries, just suffice it to say that they have gone seriously down in quality, at least in my experience. read more

I am most definitely not a fan of Pats Pizza. The servings are generous, but the service is slow (when ordering cheese slices, even at lunch, this should be instantaneous, not take 10 minutes). I've ate here twice. First time i had the cheese steak stuffed pizza, and it was ok at best. Kinda dry and bland. The second time we ordered a hawian pizza and wings. I've had Baboli bread pizzas that were better. And the wings were soggy, and under cooked. (We dined in). To top it off, this place is expensive. $50 for a large pizza and some wings. We have had eaten here many times, had delivery orders before never had a problem with food not delivery. Tonight I placed an order, got a message there online order system di not recognize our address on military base. I called to ask about the message and was told no there's no problem with your delivery and it will be there in approximately 40-45 minutes. I went 10 minutes from home and 15 min before my order was to be delivered the driver shows up, I tell him thru my Ring doorbell I was 10 minutes away. He said you placed an order and I'm at your door and you're not here, I tried telling him young lady said my order would be delivered between 6:40-6:55, mind you its 6:30, he's telling me you didn't ask for a delayed delivery, I said I will meet you at the store if you can't wait (now 5minutes) he keeps repeating the same thing over and over. I get to my house by 6:47, he hands my son the food, I sign receipt and he proceeds to tell me you did not place a delayed order and I said but I was told my delivery order time was 6:40-6:55, Imwas 10 minutes away. So we proceed to go I to the house, he still talking I say thank you and good night, he proceeds to tell me there's a 8% tip for your order, I said I don't have cash for a tip, I'm trying to feed my kids. The government take 12% in taxes from my pay, all I'm asking is 8% tip, I respect my elders so I politely tell him good night.Now not ever placing a order from them will not effect their profit margin, but their customer service by the delivery guy I will take my business else where. read more

I found my self at a local car garage waiting for work to be done when hunger struck. Out of walking distance from anywhere the head mechanic handed me a menu to Pat's. I ordered a cheese pizza and a couple of drinks for delivery. The price was fair and even a tad cheaper then dominos or papa johns. Delivery didn't take long at all and the delivery guy was very polite. The pizza was pretty darn good and I quickly ate it up. What made me go out of the way to write a review was because of something I forgot. To ask for a plate and napkins, in fact I didn't even think about it until the delivery guy walked in with 2 plates and napkins taped to the top of the box. FANTASTIC PHILLY CHEESE STEAK!!!! Definitely one of the best sandwiches I've had. I ordered it delivery. The delivery time was quick and the driver was very professional and nice. BUYER BEWARE Do yourself a favor and order from somewhere else. I called in an order for delivery and they never mentioned that they were running really behind. After waiting an hour and twenty minutes, I called back and asked to speak with the manager. I proceeded to explain that if someone had mentioned that they were running an hour or more for delivery I would have come pick the food up. The owner/manager told me he doesn't have to let me know anything and I could either pay for the food and deal with whatever condition it was in IE: cold, hot, soggy he wasn't going to remake it or give me my money back. He then proceeded to hang up the phone. Ten minutes later the food came and the driver didn't even have the order right. I explained that the owner hung up on me after saying deal with whatever condition your food is in, he isn't going to do anything about replacing it or remaking it, and what nerve to hang up on a customer. The driver was the only sane person I have spoken with, he stated many people complain about the owner. HEED MY WARNING TOO MANY OTHER PLACES TO SPEND YOUR MONEY DO NOT EAT HERE. The owner has mental problems, delivery is very slow and the food is well below average for the price. There are many other places you could spend your hard earned money at. This pizza shop is all over the place with their pizza. The most inconsistent product I have ever come across. Last night we ordered 2 medium pizzas 1 pepperoni the other cheese. Both well done with light cheese. They were fantastic, who ever was cooking last night needs to work all the time and/or train all the others. The pizzas were so delicious last night it made us want them again tonight. I know pizza 2 nights in a row might be a little much but not for me. Anyway tonight we ordered 2 larges same deal 1 pep 1 cheese both well done and light cheese. As soon as the driver handed me the pizzas I knew they were off. They SMELLED old. Just arrived after long flight from South Korea and desperate for a delivered meal - our hotel had a flier for Pat's and BINGO! We ordered baked ziti, creamy seafood spaghetti and boneless chicken wings. Delivery spot on time 30 minutes on Aberdeen Proving Ground, and everything came piping hot. Included salads and garlic breadsticks, and wow! Huge servings - honestly the ziti or spaghetti alone would feed two. Sauces delectable, pasta just the right consistency. We thought a little pricey BUT not - the portion size means we get two full meals so it came to just at $20 per. Even very pleasant delivery guy! Now we can't wait to try the restaurant! Don't waste your time or money. The food is mediocre and the customer service is dismal. I like to give places more than one chance in order to be fair. I have given this place several chances and I have never had a good experience. My last visit (which will be my absolute final visit) I ordered take out. Half of my order was missing and I did not realize it until I got home. Always check to make sure you have your order before you leave; even though you shouldn't have to. I called to let the manager know and asked if I would receive something off of my order. I spent $50 on dinner for my family that evening and was offered a free 2 liter bottle of soda.
