Horrible experience, these guys are thugs and very scary, sketchy people.My advice to women specially, if your car gets towed in Worcester area do not go alone to pick it, there is a reason these guys are not contracted by the city of Worcester. The owner or perhaps he was the son of the owner harassed me and my 10 year old daughter, humiliated me, spitted on my face, made my car hostage and declined to take my credit card based on my skin color- he said "I know your kind of people the moment I saw you". In addition he was yelling at the top of his voice on my face, he kept on walking closer and closer with his face constantly spitting on me and pushing me. He closed the garage door without sensors on my head and if I would not have taken a step away the door would have crushed my head. He locked me and my daughter in the garage for few seconds. My only mistake was asking him to show me his written rates as the guy first told me $150 then increased to $193. He made my car hostage, took advantage of my vulnerable situation, refused to give my car back until I bring cash. I had to walk to find an ATM with my daughter in that deserted place to bring cash and get my car. These guys are thugs and should have their license suspended. Horrible racists. I wish the authorities can read these reviews and save innocent citizens from this vulture! I would give negative zero stars but I have to choose a star in order to post. read more

My fiancee Heather a RN got off work at 11:45am and went down to Kelly Square briefly to check out Insomnia Cookies. She parked her Toyota Camry for literally 5 minutes in a lot across from Insomnia Cookies, and within 5 minutes Pat's Towing Center had her car up on the lift, and waited for her to return to her car. They demanded she run into Electric Haze, a bar on Millbury Street, where there's an ATM and return with $108.00 within 5 minutes or her car will be towed away. Heather came back with the money, but because she was asking questions about why she's being towed, that piece of Shit Skinny White Dick said just for asking questions, I'm towing your car. They towed it to Patriots Towing off Shrewsbury Street, and it cost us $173.00 to get her car released. They actually were asking for other random amounts of money....they asked for $108.00 then asked for $180.00 and then $173.00 to get her car released. These assholes are shady crooks who have lost their contract with Worcester, and now work with shady businesses that are just as shady as they are, and they prey upon innocent people to rob them of money to have their cars released. read more

Zero stars. These guys are the dirt of the earth. Middle of a pandemic for coronavirus with everything shut down and I park my car outside my building for 5 min to carry in my work items since I can't work in my office anymore due to the pandemic. I come out and my car is gone. What baffles me the most is that when I go to pick up my car they say $174 dollars cash only and we have no change. I said how can you charge cash only and have no change with a random number ending in $4. The guy proceeded to say sorry there's a pandemic out there lmaooo. I'm very impressed with their business procures!!! They are doing everything as what they're supposed to do including taking their own responsibilities for their own fault without arguing with their customers! This shop is very HONESTY!!! I've been in my own business for 20 years doing repairs and renovations on automobiles and properties so I do know how that's the way it goes. I give this business A+++!!!! I had a small issue with an oil change, but they were very sincere in their apology and it was nothing too major. They immediately resolved the issue and went above and beyond what they needed to do. The prices are fair and the service is genuine and thorough. I know where I'll be going for my future oil changes! Definitely recommend Pat's, nice people who are fair. read more

Used to be Pat's Towing and literally committed crimes on a regular basis and lost its towing contract with the City of Worcester.Tried to tow my daughters car from a restaurant lot at 9 am- restaurant did not open until 11:00.
