I worked for Eric and Sandi Manna (M&M) pretty much all year 2016. Though I could complain about…read morenumerous things I ended up quitting for several key points. December 2016 we finished fall clean up season, doing several yards, honestly about 40/50 hours over 3 weeks, and I got my bi-weekly paycheck for a total of 5 hours. I said hey we definitely worked a lit more than this as they told me it'd be on my next (and final of the season) check, which they have delivered two and a half weeks later with a total of 6 hours and then denied to my face that I was on these jobs, which I was. So I quit. Come to find out my biweekly checks I got were only for hours over 1/2 of those weeks. My pay originally was every other Monday, then it went to Wednesday, then Friday, then to Monday again, ultimately skimming out hours inbetween. They held hours from paychecks without telling me, then when I asked about it, Sandi said it was being withheld so they wouldn't get taxed so much (of course it was overtime hours) I was on the books yet NEVER touched a tax form nor signed anything, they forged whatever they needed for that. They over-order materials to use on their own home, I've helped them install at their house. Ah I have texts as well to back this up.

The same day we received the estimate (which was fantastic), they were able to schedule the work. They did a tremendous job trimming branches off of about 10 trees. He listened to our concerns and did exactly what we needed. Not only were the trees trimmed and large branches and dead trunks removed, they raked the entire area and took every piece of debris with them and also helped with a couple of extra issues. By the time they left, aside from the property looking so much better, it looked like a ghost did the work. There wasn't one single branch left in the yard.
