They took our order right away, I got the egg rolls and a beef pad see ew. The egg rolls came out quick and were crispy and went well with the sweet chili sauce it came with. We absolutely love Pattaya!! There are many Thai places in NWA but Pattaya beats them all. We routinely go here and love their Pho. They always have the best workers and get us in and out quickly but do not mind when we linger a bit longer chatting for dinner. 10/10 recommend. Right when I sat down, the waitress handed me a menu and immediately asked what I wanted to drink--before I even had a chance to look at it. I kindly asked for five minutes. However, only about a minute later, another waitress came by and asked me the same question. I repeated that I needed a few minutes to look over the menu. Instead of giving me space, she stood there waiting for me to decide on my drink. After I placed my drink order, just a few minutes later, she returned to ask if I was ready to order food. I politely said "not yet." Two minutes later, she came back again to ask the same question. The constant interruptions made me feel rushed and annoyed, to the point that I even checked to see if the restaurant was about to close, but it wasn't there were still two hours until closing. When my food arrived, about ten minutes later the waitress brought the bill and asked if I wanted my leftovers packed up--while I was still eating with my spoon in hand. I didn't feel relaxed at all during my meal. I believe your servers could benefit from proper training on how to provide attentive but respectful service. We drove by Pattaya regularly and were finally able to drop in on a cold, rainy day. The place is cozy and welcoming. The menu has all the things you would expect from a Thai restaurant and then some. We ordered fresh spring rolls, chicken egg rolls, fried basil rice, pad Thai and drunken noodles for the both of us. The portions were large and the service was prompt and friendly. The matriarch of the family was there assisting with refills and plate delivery. She was super sweet and kind. The food was amazing! You could tell the ingredients were fresh and authentic. The flavor was so well rounded and rich. The best Thai we've had in the area so far. I highly recommend. I am a recent return to NWA and have been looking for good Thai food. I have lived in the Pacific Northwest for the past 20ish years where Thai restaurants are a dime a dozen, and all are good to one degree or another. I've had the pleasure of having a few places in Rogers and Bentonville over the past couple months, but Pattaya has risen in my mind to the best of the bunch so far. Today I came in for the first time for a late lunch, early dinner (linner?) and was pleasantly surprised and impressed. I went for my typical first choice; Panang Curry with chicken. This was the most flavorful panang curry I have ever had in my life, and believe me, I have had a LOT of panang curry. I also had an order of crab rangoons, which were great. Not only was the food amazing, but the staff were very attentive and warm, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. I will most definitely be going to Pattaya again! read more

We've been coming here for 15 years and tonight was a disappointment. I ordered the red curry and my wife ordered the Larb (number 37 on the menu). We asked the staff how it tasted and decided to try it out. We did not like it at all and told at least 2 to 3 staff people but no one said sorry about that or let us replace it for you. Been driving past this place for over a year and decided to stop and try it out. The inside of the restaurant is done very nicely and clean. It's obvious by the reception they have many regulars. I started with the won tons and they we very good. I then had the panang curry. I have ordered this dish from my favorite Thai restaurant for years and this one was not near as good as theirs but was not bad at all. My daughter goes here all the time because if you ask they can do gluten free. They take it seriously and there is no crossover contamination. So, she took me there for Father's Day. When I walked in I almost walked back out. It did not have that welcoming feeling. However, soon they made me feel at home. They take pride in the quality of their food! When it came out the portion size was Amazing! The flavor and textures mixed and boy was it great! I had pork fried rice with no white onion and chicken pad Thai. I got it at level 3 which was spicy enough to make my nose run but didn't ruin it so i couldn't eat it. My daughter got it super hot and I couldn't eat it that way. The price is great for the amount of food. I love leftovers and you will have some. They taste just as good the next day or two. I highly recommend this place and give it a try. read more

We had low expectations as Asian food in this area has not been great, however my mom was visiting and we thought we would give this place a try. We were pleasantly surprised! We ordered pork lamb at spicy level 5 which was not really spicy and while good did not taste like the type I am used to in California. Could be a regional thing. We also ordered chicken pad see ewe and thai basil chicken fried rice both mild because we had our toddler with us. We asked for spicy sauce on the side and they brought the crushed red chili oil and something in a sriracha bottle. The thing in the sriracha bottle was actually spicy and much yellower than sriracha and seemed to be home made. Great flavor. We also got the tofu bites which is fried tofu. Everything had good flavor and the spicy sauce is great. Service was great also, the servers were friendly and attentive. They have a drive thru window and sit down area. Will go again read more

Vegan sushi options are limited to a cucumber roll but lots of Thai options, including a tofu noodle bowl, veggie tofu soup, fried veggie spring rolls, veggie stir fry, pad see-lew and pad kee mao (just order without egg) and all the curry options. I went for the veggie spring rolls and the massa-muhn curry (not all Thai places have this one). Rolls were a little oily but ok. Would not order again. Tried my wife's garlic edamame. Definitely garlicky but not spicy. I wouldn't order it myself, but definitely try it if you dig edamame. Curry was good but I ordered spicy and it was not spicy at all so they brought me a shaker of dried pepper. Totally lame. Later got some fresh chili sauce and that did the trick. My wife ordered a chicken curry mild and it was so hot she sent it back - which caused a major debate with the owner. Short story is he said the curry paste was already hot and he just didn't make it hotter. My perspective is when we say mild it's actually mild. Ultimately he replaced it with a tropical chicken curry that was mild.... I eat a lot of Thai and this was good but not great. I'd go 4 stars for quality, but for the errors and the service issue I have to take off a point. If you're into Thai this place is worth a try - just be clear on your desired spice level. read more

The Pad Thai is a favorite of our daughter and son-in-law and was also full of flavor. Friendly staff made our lunch enjoyable. My all time favorite plate Drunken Noodles with Beef, yes that is chef kiss plate. Appetizers grab Dumplings, egg drop soup, eggs rolls. Can't forget the chili oil to add that extra neither. In two words: Rip Off! Ordered the chicken tangerine on DoorDash. The dish is described as "golden fried chicken topped with pineapple-tangerine sauce and sesame seeds." What I received was four overcooked, dry chicken tenders that looked like a can of pineapple had been poured over it, drenched in a sauce that tasted of artificial orange. It tasted hideous to say the least. And since it was listed as a "Thai Specialty," which I assume is the equivalent of a chef's specialty, whoever prepared this should be embarrassed. If you tried to serve that in Thailand, they'd run you out of the country. But what really got me was the price: $20.80 for the above described dish and white rice (any substitution for the rice would have cost an additional $3.90 - $5.20). The portion size is only good for two meals at the most (the picture is half of everything that came with it). If I wanted to spend that much on crappy Thai food, I would have gone to the grocery store and bought 10 frozen meals for roughly the same price. As far as what looks to me like serious overcharging, the above mentioned price is pretty par for the course on DoorDash from this place. I know that the cost of everything has gone up lately, but I am not seeing such high prices in other Asian restaurants, which leads me to believe the prices, especially for how little you get, are rather excessive. Well ladies and gentlemen, this place is a must if you live or ever in the NWA area. We started with spring egg rolls and egg rolls. I ordered Thai fried basil with shrimp & my husband had Thai fried rice with chicken and shrimp; DELICIOUS!!! The staff was pleasant, everyone served with a smile and Bryan was top notch. He helped me with my order selection and described each meal with no urgency of them closing soon. I truly enjoyed my meal!!! So you know I checked out the bathroom right It was CLEAN!!!!
