He did a thorough exam and diagnosed me with hypermobile joints super quickly, then asked me questions about other aspects of my health that I didn't even realize were connected until I looked up HSD later. His staff have always been very kind and supportive to me, and it really makes a difference knowing exactly what's wrong so that I can have the right treatment. Also, side note, I think it's WILD that people rate the doctor based on the attitudes of his receptionists. It's not like he's instructing them to be rude - that would be crazy - and he can't micromanage every interaction. Get a grip.

She was able to diagnose me quickly and also gave me a lot of take home information. To inquire even further, she ordered blood work and told me I could have it done downstairs. She took the time to explain everything to me and even asked if I had any questions. I never felt she was rushed. Her staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be with CNY Cardiology for being dismissive of their patients who see him and scheduling patients with another dr. without consulting them. My husband has a long and complicated medical history. We are at the mercy of the drs overseeing his care and it took YEARS to adjust the delicate balance of his medications so one med did not have consequences on other medical issues. With respect to the other drs there,one simple change can and HAS triggered a series of medical consequences for him. Imagine how "happy" I was when after several medical emergencies, I arrived with my husband to find out that the appointment I gave up so my husband could see dr. sooner was switched to another dr without consulting me first. Give the powers that be are not familiar with personal medical histories/concerns/preferences that seemed disrespect of our RIGHT to make that choice and given that it is by administration rather than a trained medical professional, be aware that such actions could be have ramifications on them as well as the people they serve. I made it clear if it happens again, I will leave and reschedule.
