It wasn't the cheapest option but they seemed most professional and competent, which was important as this job could have damaged our roof if not done correctly. However, when I opened the third bale, I found twigs, dirt, and large pieces of bark. Five out of the ten I ordered was like this. This was very disappointing. I had to set those bales aside and move them to the back. While I used the cleaner bales in the front, I'm frustrated that the quality was not consistent across all of them.
