My cart said $24. $6 each and a $6 service fee. I approved a $24 charge, but was actually charged $113. There is a $60 minimum rental fee and a $49 delivery fee and taxes. The cart should have warned me that the rental fee was $60 not $18 and no mention of the delivery fee. I would have made a different decision had I possessed all the facts. They need to change the ordering program to include all this at point of sale.

We tried to schedule it two or three days ahead of Saturday, but they were fully booked and so I went on a waitlist. I was thrilled when we got notification that her appointment was booked for 9:45 - it turns out that they don't usually start piercing until 10, but they saw our waitlist request and decided to start early. Our piercer was great with my daughter and took her time making sure the spots were in the perfect place. I liked that she talked directly to my daughter, not just to me, and the staff were all friendly and complimented my daughter. I'm so grateful they fit us in and made the experience an extra-special memory for us.

There are several different locations on the estate for guests to congregate and celebrate (both indoor and outdoor) and the large dining area and dance floor is beautiful. We ran low on beer at the wedding so the venue went to a local liquor store to purchase more. They collected all of the remaining liquor and our decorations and had them ready for pickup by us the morning after. Lilly was great to deal with and provided very helpful advice throughout the process to make sure the party was top notch. The food was outstanding and the service was phenomenal. I highly recommend this venue for weddings and large parties.
