When military personnel are required to move, they cannot choose which company will provide services (future changes are being discussed). This company lost a "piano (antique family heirloom)," and you have to ask yourself how is that possible???.. To add insult to the loss of such a precious item, they provided the cheapest piano online as a price for replacement. They didn't express accountability or even some remorse for their derelict and neglect. The adjuster stated, and I quote, "Understood, and noted in your file, Major," for the loss of my piano. I am very disappointed in the delivery of my household goods. I witnessed them drag my priceless Korean furniture on the concrete. Instead of dealing with some cheap imitation and/or underpricing tactics by this company, I will contact friends in Korea for a replacement. But I refuse to allow them to dismiss my family heirloom. I will never use this company again!

Western Moving & Storage did a fantastic job...all three pieces arrived in perfect condition. Funny, because I felt like my movers in Dallas (big reputable company) would be more reliable in moving my household goods. That turned out not to be the case. The small mover in Western NE simply performed admirably. They were on-time and I had no breakage or damage. Very happy with their service and I undoubtedly would use them again if I had to move. They even used carpet runners to keep the carpets clean. They not only moved the furniture in but placed it where you wanted it and even rearranged it if we wanted.
