I stayed here when I was a teenager and going through severe depression, and all she did was scream at us patients for trivial reasons, which only made my anxiety worse. I remember her venting and ranting about a loss she had in her family, and used that as an excuse to mistreat us patients, who also had our own problems to worry about. I've lost all my grandparents, aunts and uncles, and my mother yet Ariel still acted very condescending, acting as if nobody else had ever experienced the pain/loss she did; she just yelled at us all the time and was totally arrogant and rude. I left that place feeling even worse than I had entered because of her. If you're not prepared to help young, mentally ill patients just because YOUR mental illness is "soooo much worse" maybe don't work at a mental facility. Wish I could give zero stars, absolutely horrific experience.

Please ensure your employees are respectful of other businesses so people don't have to babysit them. Things to work on poor social skills sensitivity to eye contact and deceptive behaviors (dress up, false names , company shirt they don't work for, not wanting show face) Please improve
