Turned out I needed a lot of repairs, and a lot of parts. No surprise there, it's about what I expected. I could have done the repairs myself, but it's winter, and I don't have a heated garage, so I figured I'd let Direct Tire handle it. I'm not stupid, so I researched the cost of parts and labor before going to Direct Tire. Long story short, they got me the best possible deal on parts, and the labor cost was pretty low. They also agreed to wait around a bit after closing time since the repairs were done close to the end of the day and I was relying on a taxi to get me there to pick up my truck. Absolutely nothing to criticize here, and much to praise!

I wonot recommend them to anyone. My sincere suggestion is to buy tires or other equipments from a decent and big store chains such as CT who takes care their customers.
