I called and spoke with Christine and Siouxland Podiatry and she was very helpful and friendly, and offered the office email to send the scanned image of the X-Ray and she would have a doctor take a look. Of course they couldn't give me an official diagnosis, but they were willing to take time to look at the image and give me their "off the record" opinion on the steps to take until I got back to the US and could receive proper treatment. Of course this was a very unusual situation everyone involved was in, but they were extremely understanding and resourceful in giving me professional advice I was hoping for. I can't thank this office enough.

That entire staff has nothing but virgin ears and they exile you from their clinic for it. The feet needed help, as well as C-3 & C-4. And I was EXPECTED to be nice while in pain level 10 from the neck. NOT realistic, NOT appropriate, no matter what pain level you exist in. You MUST be a subservient lech to be seen here at all. NO FRONT STAFF IS TRAINED for handling people in crippling pain at all. And you are punished for it if you go there.

Earlier I heard her say to her nurse because the walls apparently are thin. "Oh no, no why we are in a flood Warning. No what am I going to do". Thinking she is more worried about her house then a patient. So she told me it's nerve pain. Nothing she can do. Either go see my Multiple Sclerosis Dr or my back Dr. I asked which one. She said, "The girls at check out can figure it out". I asked her again which dr. She just walked away. I was pissed. So the "girls" set me up with my MS dr. Another 2 wk wait. Which I knew wasn't causing the pain and I was right. So then I decided to go to a different foot dr. This one look at my foot. Even touched it. Said it's nerve pain. Set a plan to fix it. He was so worried. He sent me to see if maybe their was a blood clot in my leg. Came out negative. Gave me medication. If not better in a month. He had a plan. My foot just keeps getting bigger and hurting more. Other dr didn't care. She said put ice on it. Apparently she wasn't listening to be. First thing I said was, I can't even put a bed sheet over it at night. It was that sensitive. DON'T GO TO CNOS AND SEE THE FOOT DR. SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING.

The foot insoles first gotten did do the job, but by the end of it, she was not willing to tolerate me being in pain from shoulder and neck at all, and went directly to getting me insoles that compounded the issue, not assist it at all, as a normal doctor would. I still have those diabetic shoes & insoles for verifiable evidence of it all, but the state board for any of it will not do their jobs either. This is Iowa, by the way. I would say more, but risk this review being taken down for no reason or explanation at all, as happened before.
