She was patient, understanding and so sweet it was a complete judgment free zone. I explained what I was trying to achieve and she led me to the best treatment plan. I go back in two weeks to do it and I can't wait! She was so down to Earth while being so confident we could get where we wanted to easily and it projected enough confidence in me that I knew I was in the right hands. I couldn't be more grateful and we haven't even done the procedure, I'll update once we do but I'm positive it's going to be amazing results. Update: went back today and got the smile of my dreams! They are transparent with the fees, the cost is reasonable and the quality of service is impeccable. Dr Carter is so friendly. He made me feel very comfortable and made my visits a little less scary. You can tell he's a good person to work for/with by the way he treats his staff. He's so kind to them. Asia, his dental assistant, was the best! She was also really friendly and really knowledgeable.

Even after the second attempt, it never fit comfortably, but I decided to give them another chance because I needed dental work done quickly. I currently have missing teeth and was looking for temporary options while I work toward getting implants. Instead, the dentist insisted that the only solution was to pull all of my remaining teeth and get dentures. When I explained that I am not ready for that, he refused to discuss any other treatment options. I felt pressured, dismissed, and talked down to rather than listened to. Patients should have the right to discuss alternatives and participate in decisions about their own dental care. The interaction became so uncomfortable that I ended up walking out. I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely disappointed.

Water everywhere. Not enough suction. A while back I brought my motorcycle gear in. When I went to check out I placed it on the floor right up against the wall closest to the staff upfront. This was not a tripping hazard. There was PLENTY of room for people to get through. An assistant and a patient came into the area where I was standing. The female assistant then said "we need to move this out of the way" She just started grabbing my gear and placing it up on the counter. Don't grab someone else's gear. It was not in the way. A line doesn't form up against the wall. There was only two patients present ready to check out. Ask the patient if you can move their gear. There aren't any signs posted showing patients where to stand in line. How RUDE and inappropriate. I have noticed a negative dynamic in the past with some staff upfront. I noticed recently when I was leaving a new staff member made sure not to make eye contact or say goodbye and I was in her close proximity. Very unusual. I have noticed small irritations with the Dentist. One involved an irritation regarding a tongue issue. Another involved an obvious impatient gesture, because I wasn't talking and/ or moving fast enough. If you ask a patient a question then expect them to answer. This is not about being overly sensitive. This is about wanting normalcy. Time to move on.

The hygienist asked me many times what my concerns were, and made sure to address them/ reassure me. I ended up having to get a filling and the team made it quick and painless (literally) The business has updated technological and medical equipment, and the staff are very transparent about costs before providing care!

The dentist examined and said they were going to consult an endodontist and they would call us about results. Weeks go by and nothing. I called twice no one ever answered and I left messages- no one returned my calls. Today I went to the office and I told the receptionist what was going on, it was pretty obvious they messed up by not even attempting to call us- it had been a month! The receptionist went to the back of the office got a sticky note showing someone had talked to an endodontist then she wrote down two names for referral. This dentist office has lost our business for good! They couldn't even be bothered to pick up a phone or even have the dentist talk to me in person once I came to the office.

Sara/Sarah spoke to Cossich Family Dentistry today about them honoring their warranty on this inferior bridge they did. Cossich refuses to honor their own warranty. Now Sara/Sarah just called me around 5 pm to tell me they no longer feel comfortable doing the work that just Yesterday they would do. I literally feel like them and Cossich are working together to not help. I will stick with Grand Family Dentistry for cleanings going forward, but can't trust them ever again in the future. I literally feel like they are working together with Cossich to not help me as they called and spoke to Cossich. After they spoke to Cossich their tune changed, and they cam no longer do the work. Nobody can say that this all adds up and is normal. It is basically RETALIATION by 2 dentists office to hurt a patient.

Left gaps that weren't there before. They constantly drilled my teeth saying I had "cavities forming" till they said I needed a full root canal. Went and got a second opinion AND THEY FOUND NOTHING. I've since gone to multiple dentists and every time my teeth are fine which proves they not only caused me to have fillings for no reason, they added gaps to my teeth which are a constant nuisance! Do not contribute to this scam. Find someone else!
