A huge shoutout to the front desk top-tier customer service to name a few Scarlette and Natalie was excellent throughout the process, pre op. A special thank you to Dr. MD Fripp--from day one, her energy and vibe were top tier! She made me feel incredibly comfortable, like I was in the best hands possible. She carries herself with the beautiful wisdom of a seasoned adult, always spreading kindness and respect. Her presence is calming, powerful, and genuinely uplifting. Thank you so much, Dr. Fripp you truly made a lasting impression. Let's be real: you can spend $5-6K on a risky backyard procedure with no guarantees, or you can make a smart investment in yourself with a reputable, experienced team like Sono Bello. I'm so glad I chose the latter. Not only do I feel better physically, but my confidence has also skyrocketed. This truly was one of the best decisions I've made for my health and well-being, health is wealth !! . Thank you to my amazing husband for his endless support and encouragement, and thank you to the entire Sono Bello team--you all made this possible! And my last words? Let. Her. Cook! ‍

This review is long overdue for 2017 and recently for July 30, 2021…read more For many years the back of my arms were my enemy. I was normal weight for my height, worked out and would eat mostly healthy. But no matter what I did in the gym I was not able to get rid of this stored fat in my upper arms. I found Dr. Palumbo on Groupon and scheduled a consultation. I didn't really know the cost of what lipo of the arms would be, so his pricing at the time didn't turn me one way or the other. I think I called his office because of a good review that stood out to me. Anyway, the consultation went well. Dr. Palumbo has an easy going, direct personality with a great bedside manner. I decided to have my arms treated (2017) and WHOA! He removed approximately ONE LITER of fat total from both arms. After coming home, even though i was drowsy as heck, I put on a tight jacket and the arms already fit! I followed his directions and wore my compression garment. I healed very well and the tiny scars near my elbows are practically non-existent. Fast forward----- 4 years to July 30, 2020 - I am exercising, but at home now and my snacking, somewhat sedentary lifestyle was more common that of my usual routine--Thanks to COVID 19 :( For many months before this pandemic, I thought about my love handles and how much larger they were over my actual butt and even more so now with us being quarantined. Even if I lost a few pounds, the love handles still stuck around. I immediately called Dr. Palumbo and he suggested that not only should I have liposuction of the love handles/flanks, but in order to sculpt the body appropriately, he recommend that my lower and upper abs get done as well. Almost like a modified 360 lipo (where you go all the way around the trunk) that is so popular now. Reason being is that when you remove an area of fat, the surrounding areas that were not treated would then accumulate fat down the road (which I did not want). Obviously it cost more, but I am 8 days out and I would say it was the best decision going back to Dr. P. He removed almost 3.5 liters of fat off this 135 pound body. Yes...I had a HIGH body fat percentage! Again, I am following his directions, wearing my compression garment and I can already tell with some time and shrinking that I will have a much easier finding my abs. I was also up and walking around 8 hours after the procedure and worked at my desk the next day. Everything Dr. P. told me about post-op did happen so there were no surprises. If I have any fat left to remove, I will certainly go back to Dr. P I absolutely hands down recommend Dr. Palumbo. I am sure at some point, he will add my before and after photos! Or, I can post them at my next follow-up. P.S. His staff is great. Sincerely, Jamie

Dr. Palumbo struggled with my lips, and kept saying they were uneven and even cursed at one point because he messed up. He kept saying that he does this all the time and never sees issues. Which I highly question now. He struggled with the fillers and made them uneven and I had bumps which developed and are still here months later! I ended up going to a SKILLED place and they did an amazing job fixing my lips. Goes to show don't trust just anyone with your face or body. I would def think twice before going here!

I am writing this to share my personal experience so others can make a careful and fully informed…read moredecision before choosing a surgeon. I underwent a deep plane facelift procedure with Dr. Daria Hamrah, who is an oral surgeon. I trusted his credentials, his consultation, and the way the procedure was presented to me. Based on that trust, I moved forward with surgery expecting a professional, thoughtful, and responsible outcome. Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After the surgery, I was left with facial asymmetry, uneven contours, and visible irregularities. My face appeared unbalanced, with areas that looked lumpy, distorted, and not natural. This was not what I expected from such a complex and highly marketed procedure. When I first raised my concerns, I was told to wait and allow time for healing. I respected that advice and waited patiently for over a year, believing that the results would gradually improve. They did not improve. In my experience, the outcome became more concerning over time. When I reached out again to address these ongoing issues, instead of receiving a clear and supportive resolution, I felt that my concerns were not taken seriously. Eventually, I was informed that the physician-patient relationship would no longer continue. This left me without support after a significant surgical experience, a substantial financial investment, and a long period of waiting. When I raised my concerns and felt significantly affected by the outcome, I requested a partial refund as a reasonable resolution. Instead of addressing my concerns or taking responsibility, I felt that my concerns were not acknowledged, and my access to communication--including social media--was blocked In addition, there were aspects of the treatment plan that, from my understanding during consultation, were expected to be performed but were not carried out as I had anticipated. This added to my confusion and disappointment. As a patient, I trusted an oral surgeon to perform a facial cosmetic procedure that requires not only technical skill but also aesthetic judgment and careful follow-through. Based on my personal experience, I did not receive the outcome or level of care that I had hoped for. This experience has cost me financially, physically, and emotionally. It has also impacted my confidence and daily life. I understand that every surgical procedure carries risks and that outcomes can vary. However, I strongly encourage anyone considering a deep plane facelift, especially with an oral doctor , to do extensive research, seek multiple consultations, ask detailed questions, and clearly document all expectations before moving forward. Do not rely solely on online presence, social media IG, FB...or initial consultation impressions. Take your time and make sure you fully understand who you are trusting with your face.

Dr. Hamrah Gave Me My Life Back -- Truly the Best…read more I'm 50 years old and had spent more than half my life struggling to breathe. I saw six different ENTs in Canada, underwent two failed nasal surgeries, and was repeatedly told that nothing more could be done. My left nasal passage was 100% blocked -- no airflow at all. I had given up hope that anyone could help me. Then I found Dr. Hamrah. From the first consultation, I could tell this experience would be different. He actually listened. He understood the complexity of my case, explained every step with clarity, and created a plan that addressed both function and aesthetics. I had a septoplasty and rhinoplasty with cadaver cartilage grafting -- and the results have been nothing short of life-changing. For the first time in decades, I can breathe properly. And the best part? My nose looks completely natural. Dr. Hamrah doesn't just perform surgery -- he combines technical precision with an artistic eye that delivers results tailored perfectly to your face. What also stood out was the level of care. No other provider ever gave me a proper pre- and post-op plan. Dr. Hamrah and his team operate at a standard well above what I've experienced anywhere else -- this felt like luxury medicine. From the anesthesiologist and nursing staff to the patient care coordinator and front desk, every single person treated me with professionalism, kindness, and respect. If you're considering medical tourism or feeling let down by the healthcare system like I was, I can honestly say: do it. It's worth every mile. Dr. Hamrah gave me back something I thought I had lost for good -- the ability to breathe and feel whole again. Don't wait as long as I did.
