My husband was having severe anxiety and depression regarding his sister's situation. Before meeting Paul, I had met and had sessions with two other hypnotherapists. One specialized in past life regression and the other in "issues." I saw both trying to get to the root of my anxiety and panic. While all sessions with these two were relaxing and enjoyable, I got very little relief from the anxiety. I used to have a pretty serious fear of flying. I took any other form of transportation to avoid getting on a plane, and turned down numerous trips. Eventually I got frustrated by all the opportunities I was missing. I took a fear of flying class, but after a few months my fears returned. I tried medications, but didn't want to rely on pills to travel comfortably. A friend recommended that I see Paul, and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. In one session he helped my mind break the pattern of thinking that had caused my fear to develop. Immediately after my session I was able to get on a plane. Paul is so nice and thoughtful and immediately puts you at ease. I worked with Paul when I was about 3 months away from giving birth to my first child. I had been having terrible insomnia and anxiety and had had a really difficult pregnancy. I came to Paul to help resolve the insomnia and the anxiety I was feeling about the delivery itself. I felt very relaxed the whole time, and he was excellent at helping me feel positive, calm and sure-footed about my problems. I met Paul in a meditation group when I was also looking for my first hypnotherapist due to chronic left-sided facial pain. Glad that I came across Paul. He is now a core part of my healing process. During the first session Paul was able to take me to some core areas of myself that were contracted due to unpleasant experiences. Hard to explain. I had a very wonderful experience working with Paul through hypnotherapy. I was a smoker that smoked around a pack a day, knew it was terrible for me, but had no drive to quit. Before seeing Paul I had a terrible nail-biting habit. I had tried everything but wasn't able to stop. Getting close to turning 30, I was becoming desperate. I visited Paul Hessinger twice a couple of months back and was extremely satisfied with the results. What sets Paul apart from other NLP practitioners is that he immediatly gets into the treatment. After interviewing me for twenty minutes, we began the session. I mention this because often one has to schedule two sessions (the first being the interview, the second revolving around the treatment) before you start seeing any results. I found Paul to be extremely compassionate and thoughtul, taking detailed notes that he utilized for the entire 40 minutes that I was "under." During the session, Paul guided me through my subconscience, planting seeds that over the last couple of minutes have begun to ripen. If that wasn't good enough, after our session, Paul showed me how to put myself under and he furnished me with a CD of the session, free of charge.
