Well in advance, I was able to get all the documentation needed online, which is a nice touch. They opened on time and took us within 5 minutes of our appointment time. The staff were all very friendly and communicated well and took care of us thoroughly and gently. The rooms and equipment were all clean and well kept. Today I was on time to my appointment and they took me in on time. The forms they had me sign approved exam an cleaning, billed to insurance. The hygienist was good probing my gums for issues, then having the dentist Dr. Woods, checkout my mouth. I thought very little of it when she scheduled a "deep cleaning" in about 13 weeks. Weren't they supposed to clean and scrape the tarter off my teeth during this visit as well? I had to ask an indignant office scheduler if they gave out toothpaste and brush post cleaning. I guess it's something I've come to expect in 65 years of teeth cleaning. I wasn't impressed with the office staffs customer service skills.
