DON'T BE FOOLED !!!!!!!!!!! its an in-house warranty and worthless. Nice salesmen though. I identified many problems with the vehicle prior to collection and many more after collection including: severe power loss, leaking steering box, sunroof severely leaking and motor corroded, central locking faulty, passenger window faulty to name but a few of the faults. After many phone calls and letters they actually took the vehicle in for repair and despite having the vehicle for two days actually done nothing to rectify anything. I don't expect to spend £6000 on a vehicle and then find the need to spend over £2000 to put it right. Despite many month's, letters and phone calls I find the after sale care at Crystal Motors to be more like NO CARE !. If you call them they will not call you back, there will fob you off.....constantly. Once you do get there attention via legal intention they will call you back promptly, make an agreement then not follow through. Should you then chase them further they definitely call you back, not to deal with the matter however but to issue abuse and threats of violence towards you. I am now pursuing this matter legally as a year has nearly elapsed and this matter is still not resolved.

Third time was booked for correct steering, when I come on booked hour the garage was closed. I have this experience with that garage twice. It was fitted all new tyres, car is only couple years old. It seems that they don't care about customers and to do proper job, not recommend, really disappointed.

An expert MOT tester is a double-edged sword if ever there was one, but at least you know your car is 100% roadworthy. If it meets Andy's standards, it's got to be pretty good, which makes for absolute peace of mind. Having fuel on site is very handy when you are caught short miles from home. The nearest filing stations are in Weedon and/or Middleton Cheney, so quite a distance. They also sell tyres and fix punctures - another godsend. Another nice thing about Moreton Pinkney Garage is the range of vehicles they work on. Last time I was in, there was a 1904 veteran car with a 1930s Sunbeam, my 1976 Porsche and a 57-plate Corsa having a service. Makes it interesting if you are a bit of a petrolhead. Recommended!

The staff are friendly and know a lot about the products they are selling, which is great news as you can have go in with any problem and they will endeavour to help you out with it! They will even come out and look at your car if they think it will help them help you! Now thats great service. If they themsleves do not know the answer they will ring up their own customer services to see if they can help sort it too! The shop stocks lots of products that are for cars, such as oil, windscreen wiper blade replacements and paints. They also sell a host of modding parts too. Motor world also sell alloy wheels and stereos along with satnavs. They have an online store which is also very good. tehy have competitive prices as well, especially with the like of Halfords who do try to rip you off with some of their gear. This shop is not super huge but does cram loads into it. There is evenparking outside, but your lucky if you get a space!
