My plan was to drive to LA each time a promising listing appeared on Zillow. I needed an agent who was patient, flexible, understood that I wasn't going to settle for just any house that didn't match my needs, and let me primarily drive the search, while also sending me listings that fit. I had to reject one agent who wasn't interested in my approach. Enter Javier and Ana! I was so lucky to find them here on Yelp. They let me drive the search and only contacted me when a listing came up that matched my criteria. Often, they contacted me about one I was already interested in, having seen it appear that day on Zillow. This shows that they really listened to me.
