It's in that really historic building, but in some ways it is a slumlord. They charge way too much for houses that are not even repairable. Some houses and properties stay on the market for forever which contributes to blight in Bisbee (as if they care). If you are looking to move to Bisbee, save yourself some trouble and go with another agency. David Greenberg and Doris Turner are both more credible. They can get you a better deal.

When she gave me a "final offer" on a post-it note, I found another realtor. I think it's a bad practice to have the same realtor on both sides, anyway; especially when said realtor has a long term relationship with one side (seller, in this case). Bisbee Realty was also responsible for property management for the last 10 years or so. After moving in, it's obvious that they did the bare minimum and possibly billed for stuff either undone or partially (shoddily) done. It cost quite a bit to get the place livable. Toilet didn't flush, bathtub leaked, etc. things that a good propery management company would take care of. Since owner disclosures showed that she believed the house had been well-maintained, I have to wonder about the level of service and even possible kickbacks for shoddy service. Avoid.

Two days later, on a Sunday, we get the call someone came in and offered a cash offer, no chance to counter offer...but sellers were reachable then?! Do real estate agents not have any work ethics anymore?! Definitely not her!! Won't ever give her my business in the future or any of her interested buyers.

The tenant's totally destroyed my home, leaving me with thousands of dollar's in repairs. The tenant's hand delivered the rent each month so she didn't have to do anything. When I asked about my home she giggled & said oh, I guess everything is OK, I never hear from them. They did not want her to see the destruction happening. Her and Charlie Gahn are bumbling idiots, are they even licensed by the Board of Realtors ?

Another lazy, incompetent Bisbee realtor. I had 3 different useless realtors trying to buy this…read morehouse, and in the end used Jimmy Perez. He is a very nice, helpful MAN. But as a REALTOR, I was disappointed. Closing was put off extremely long, necessitating several short term rentals, one up 90 steps, so I was basically stuck there as a recluse, when I wanted to get to know the town. 3 days before I took possession of the house, Mr. Perez told me he had done the math wrong and I had to pay another $12,000. Everything I had to live on this year. Now I don't even know if I can keep the house. He also charged me any tiny charge such as $2 postage fee. I've never had a realtor who didn't pay those fees him/herself.
