Locks of Love is a non-profit that makes custom wigs for children who have lost their hair at no cost to them. I think the fact that Kim suggested it says something about her character. Now another of my ponytails is on it's way to Locks of Love. That being said Kim did a GREAT job of styling my hair. She took her time and paused occasionally to ask my wife and I for input. Her shop is amazing. Very eclectic. Lots of stuff to look at while you're in the chair. Really like the old brick interior walls. Overall, an excellent experience. HIGHLY recommend Kim. John K.
