Before reading this review, it is important to understand that I ate at Paul's when they were located at the original location. Three years ago I lived here for 2 years and ordered ribs every time I visited (1 a month maybe). The ribs used to fall off of bones and the hand cut homes fries were to die for. Now, I sadly say it's the opposite. The ribs tasted as though they were cooked 3 days prior. They didn't have home fries (potatoes at all), nor did they have steak. We called to make a reservation, drove 1 hour only to find that our reservation was never annotated. Lucky us, no one else called for that time. All in all, this place has let the mainstream business make over companies ruin it's originality. Paul's used to be a "mom and pop shop", now they might as well franchise. read more
